I sometimes wait over an hour for my food and I once waited an hour as all 4 employees in the building where on break at the same time with a line out the door there was no one behind the counter. Also it’s very dirty bathrooms usually wrecked and the seats are sticky as are the table…

We came around 2:30am Nov 19th. The service was quick at first. We ordered a small oreos mcflurry and emphasized on FRESH large fries. When we emphasized we wanted *fresh* fries, there was hesitation. The fries we were given fries dunked in oil. They were brown, hard, unbearable to eat refried fries. The service wasn’t even bad but it was obvious they knew they refried our fries as a different person pursumee as the manager appeared to give us our order. It’s McDonalds and we get it. We just wanted fresh fries.

This location will mess up your order every time. The last three times I’ve been, I’ve ordered a number 8 with a medium mocha frap for breakfast. Every single time I have received a biscuit instead of the bagel and had to go back for it. This time I was also given a small frap instead of the medium that I pay extra for. 10/12/25 update: I ordered through Uber Eats and my Uber driver was denied my order because the McDonalds staff gave my order to the wrong driver, due to their lack of confirmation. According to my driver, the staff just called out my name and another person picked it up without any other word exchange. My driver proceeded to call me and have me on speaker phone to explain. The staff did not care and disregarded my driver. She then asked for the manager and was denied on speaking to one. I then had to drive to this location to assist in this completely avoidable situation. Nobody there apologized or even acknowledged their mistake. Overall, this will be the last time I ever purchase from this location. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and lack communication skills. I understand it’s McDonald’s, but do better.

This was the most filthy mcdonald's I've ever been to. Every table was dirty, the floors were sticky and the soda station was filthy.
I refuse to ever step back to this particular location after a night of attitudes from the only 2 women that was there. worker n a dreadhead manager. If u don’t like your job just quit. they couldn’t even get a simple order right.

Whoever is packaging the to go/delivery orders needs some training. I ordered breakfast and they put the coffee in the bag, without a cup holder. So naturally, the coffee spilled and my entire meal was ruined. I only get one 30 minute lunch break so now I have to go the entire day without eating
