Everyone at this McDonalds is on the spectrum. I work down the street and come here sometimes for lunch and each time my order is always wrong or I’m missing something that I paid for. This must be the location for slow people.

This location is hood i went there and ordered and it’s younger people working the cashier at the front counter was stinking of weed and my total was $4.02 i handed him a $20 bill and he somehow didn’t know the change and gave me back $24.04 so i told him no my change supposed to be $16.98 and he said oh my bad and after i gave him the $20.04 he gave me back i got my sandwich and he followed me outside asking me for a cigarette and i told him i don’t smoke he tried to sell me weed man who does the hiring at this place im definitely not visiting this location ever again why just why 😩😩😩

It's not the McDonalds I grew up with. Of you use their app or togo it may be ok. But divining in sucks and the drive up window is problematic at best. It's sad but the language barrier has made a real difference and not for the better.

"Order will be delivered to table" does not mean someone will yell from the kitchen for you to come get your food.
Order was incomplete; staff has no attention to detail.
Floor was sticky in multiple areas, spilled soda near the fountain drink area with a cone haphazardly placed.
It's a shame that the supposed simplicity of "fast food" is so hard to produce.

The sodas here are NEVER good. They are always either flat or no syrup. Staff is hit or miss.
My recent visit, the drinks were disgusting and food was wrong and cold. When I went back through the drivee-thru, they told me to go inside to get it correct. I went inside to get my food fixed, it was dirty and gross. Asked for new cups to get a different drink and it looks like the drink machine hasn't been cleaned in ages and there was soda spilt all over the counters. Coke, Dr.Pepper, and Sprite all tasted bad.
Definitely won't be back. Don't stop at this location. Go to the one a little further down in/near Kenner.

Bad service; More than 10 people waiting for orders. And the staff seemed to be doing nothing until they saw the people on top. Everyone runs around confused, lost with orders.
Haven’t even gotten my food yet I’ve been here for 35 minutes and it took them 15 minutes just to come to the front to cash me out

Like was held up 25 minutes because the staff at the pick up windows don't speak any English ans couldn't even read the prompter on what to give people. Poor guy working with them was frustrated due to their lack of English. Called the number for complaint, got no call back.
