This is the most filthy McDonalds I've ever been to. The service was terrible and the food was cold.
does this location not know what a macchiato is? i tried ordering a caramel macchiato in the drive thru this morning and the person on the speaker acted like they had no idea what the word even meant lol. i asked them if they weren’t selling them anymore and the person said no, which is odd because i get that drink ever time i get mc donald’s breakfast, and when i looked online it showed up….maybe they misunderstood me…but i just kind of think they didn’t feel like making it…

The GM Monnie person is very unprofessional, disrespectful, towards her employees, also and with her other management team. She is a rude individual. She should be demoted. She does not deserve that position. She is not a fair, or considerate person. She treats certain employees and other management like trash. When those employees and other management people works their ass off for mcdonalds. I truly believe that she is unprofessional and mean to them because she is jealous, and she just don't like them.. I hope this Monnie person gets demoted from the management team, she should be a regular employee, Monnie is Not management material.. Please do something about her. Thank you
