3/19/24: 10 minutes for a diet Coke is ridiculous!!!! No one's saying anything or why it's taking so long.***ICE CREAM MACHINE BROKEN***When all the Latin people work here at this place moved like clockwork. And you think it's going to move fast when you only see one car in line, but it doesn't. It's a guaranteed 10 to 15 minute wait!

This franshise must have some kind of curse on it because it's always awful. Lines are always long, staff don't care, service is slow, if you even get service. Like we didn't get today because as we pulled up to get the mobile order from the drive thru the line was not moving at all, so changed it to pick up in the app. Pulled up to the pick area, parked in spot 4, typed that in the app and it said "pick up unavailable, order cancelled and refunded".What the heck is that all about, just say curbside unavailable please come in to collect the food order something. Meanwhile the same 10 or so cars were still in the same spots in the drive thru, so we went to Sonic. ??♂️

Regular McDonalds experience but they were out of paper for receipt and we were driving through out of town and almost missed an item from the order we paid for. Glad we checked.

Horrible worker on the mic. No sign saying I’ve cream machine not working. Sat in line forever just to be told that. Then could not get out the line for 15 more mins. The workers are sooo slow. They were sooo rude when I suggested they put a sign out so people didn’t waste their time in line if wanting ice cream, shakes , etc won’t be back.
Really friendly, hard-working people here serving great food! We go here often.
