Tables dirty, old food left on table, just overall not clean looking,& service was OK…just got the vibe that we (the customers) was bothering the workers just by coming in and ordering.

I will never spend my money at this place ever again the young blk guy needs more training and the Mexican lady makes a bowl like she is feeding a dog. Just slap food on your bowl and wrap so rude. They need better workers

I visited last Saturday as a quick stop before heading home to Texas. The service was excellent and positive energy from staff. In my haste, I left my wallet! Thankfully it was found, however, I was 4 hours into an 8hr trip before I realized it was missing. My only hope was to see if they could mail my wallet. I called and the staff were so kind, they confirmed it was found and offered to hold it in the back so it’s safe. They reached out to William, the owner, who willingly agreed for me to have his number (he totally could have taken my number and had me wait for his call). He responded the next business day and confirmed he’d send, he even provided the tracking the following day!

I received my wallet in the mail today, ALL my money and cards were still in tact! My wallet was at this establishment for 3-4 days with rotating staff members…talk about integrity and character! I’m impressed.

Shout out to William and ALL the staff not only for the recovery of my wallet….but for the food that was delicious, a clean establishment and excellent service! I can’t wait to come back in town just visit and say Thank You in person!

The drinks were beautifully presented and tasted just as good as they looked.

Called to place order at 7:35, they close at 8 offer pick up only online orders, refused order of 1 quesadilla... If you close at 7:30 then say so. Dont say you are open till 8.

Edit- went in after not eating here for several months proceeded to pay 19$ for 3 tacos with nothing but steak and lettuce. For some reason the only cheese they keep is mozzarella which last I checked doesn't go on tacos. Terrible experience. Steak was rubbery and you could tell was processed.

The Manager struggled with my gift cards. Troy, with a smile, came to the rescue!

Came for Cinco De mayo burrito and chips was advertised for 7.99 but I was charged $13 first 20 customers was supposed to get a free shirt I was 3rd in line they gave the first person a shirt and told me and the guy in front me they no longer do that even though it was advertised and shape were only team member shirts manager on duty was Anthony and this is the only location in New Orleans not a good experience for my first time coming to this establishment

Super rude staff, acted like customers are an inconvenience overall & couldn’t even be bothered to cut the stack, box it or bag it properly. No box, just foil & chips & queso all jammed into the same bag

I just wanted to inform you guys about an employee by the name of Troy who works at this store. He had the most amazing energy and such a beautiful, welcoming smile. Definitely displayed amazing customer service and the stack he made for me was phenomenal. He truly made my experience with you guys great. He deserves a raise!

Always courteous, sometimes friendly service, they always get my order correct and I enjoy the music too. Generally, my group is one of the few groups in the establishment; perhaps most get their food to go. I like having the restaurant to myself.
