The burgers are really good, and I always order through the app. However, the last 2 times I’ve ordered delivery through the app, my orders have been incorrect. Particularly the shakes. The first order on 3/14 I didn’t receive the bacon or onion strings on one of my burgers. Also, I ordered a mocha Oreo shake. But received the Reese’s pieces bites instead of Oreos. The main issue here is that I am allergic to peanuts. I drank a sip of the shake thinking that it was Oreo as I ordered, and immediately tasted the peanut butter.Even with those mistakes, I ordered again on 3/18. This time the 2 milkshakes that I ordered weren’t delivered. They forgot to make them! The driver said she only had what was handed to her. This was highly annoying!I called the store, and the phone just rang with no answer. So, I decided to email again. No answer. I have emailed twice and haven’t heard a response. The food is awesome, but the employees need to be more diligent. And I’m starting to feel like there is no customer service.

I was looking for a quick meal but someplace I've never been too. Lots of burger options made fresh to order along with fresh fries & chips. Everyone in the family liked their burgers. They are of the smash style and you can option them how ever you want or go with one of their offerings. I got a basic bacon cheese burger with lettuce onion tomato and sauce. Kids got one with cheese and grilled onions. The buns they use for the burgers are some of the best you can get. Chips & Fries are best when eat hot. They both had the right amount of salt. It was also nice to see they had none soda choices in fruit drink. I got the fruit punch which was very good. They also had a lemonade mix & a hibiscus/ pomegranate. The place was clean no mess left out on tables. I would go back again and try something a little more adventurous. If you like Five Guys, & Shake Shack you'll like MOOYA!
