Went there Sunday evening October 20th, 2024. First impression was it seemed like it would be good place to eat. I placed my order with Steven (that's the name on my receipt) asking for a burger with their onion rings, the guy told they be low on the onion rings because he couldn't order them, so I went with their fries. Went to find a table to sit at and many were cleared but not clean. Prior to my order being brought to me, I went to restroom to wash hands and there was no soap, not even and empty dispenser, I mentioned it to waitress, and she said she would let them know. Shortly after my order was delivered, another couple that arrive after me and placed order after I placed mine received their food which included onion rings on both meals. Later I saw a couple of employees come from restroom wiping hands on pants. You pay before getting meal and receipt ask for tip which I gave 20% before service was delivered

I used Uber Eats to place an order for pickup today. I decided to use the drive thru window to pick up my order. I was not greeted with a friendly welcome for my business. Their drive thru attendant is going to give away their business with her lack of understanding.
We visit family often in NOLA.
Wife was raised there.
We love the food at N O Hamburger.
Fried catfish. Shrimp.
Hamburgers are great too
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking and ramps to get into restaurant is great. Parking is right by door.
Ramp is easy to use. Handrails are serviceable.

We go in ! After dr. Appointments. Not feeling the best and always leave with smiles on our faces! Food is excellent! The best part is watching the team work ! Danny you always put a smile on my face! Jennifer your a treat to speak too ! So kind and caring! Cashier Nicky thank you for taking your time with us.... Montrell kitchen manger thank you for working with your team and speaking with us ! We love this place. Even the other people are fun to speak with! Young and old can enjoy the food and customer service is above and beyond.... thank you again we will be back soon.

Quiet enough to have a conversation. Relaxed atmosphere. Great food and free soft serve ice cream. It's our new annual tradition, fresh off the plane, we go see Danny. Outstanding customer service and care. We're happy customers. ?
