Do you like tasty food but the worst service ever? This might be your place.The owner/waiter was crazy rude. It was as of he didn't want any customers there. They rushed us to order, to eat our food, and to pay. No kind of service. No napkins. No refills. At one point, he said they didn't have rice anymore.The food was pretty good Korean food though. I got the seafood pancake, tteoboki, and spicy pork.Also worth noting, it's located in a really rough neighborhood. When I came to eat, there was a guy doing major car work in the parking space out front and a crackhead roaming the sidewalk.

Awesome experience at NolaKorea. First time my family have ever been to a Korean restaurant. Went because my daughter wanted to try Korean food for her birthday dinner. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent. I had the dolsot-bibimbap which was superb. My wife had the chicken-galbi which was wonderful. My son and daughter-in-law had the ramen which they were very satisfied with. My daughter had the bibimbap which she loved and my other daughter had the beef-bulgogi which she raved about.The service was great. It is a very small place and very busy. The one server was on top of everything and very accomodating. It's not a flashy place, but the food is what takes center stage. Excellent place. I highly recommend.

The owner is friendly and ready to serve you. All side dishes, including beef stew, are slightly sweet. Well, but this is also a feature. But the kimbap was a bit salty... Maybe my taste buds have changed... Anyway, all the food, including the beef stew, was decent. If you want to run a rice business, you have to be at this level! The rice cakes my mother-in-law sells at a rural market have to be delicious before I buy them... and with this level of sincerity and skill, even if I'm not a compatriot, I want to sell them even more.Although I deliberately searched and found it while passing by on a business trip, I definitely want to stop by again next time. I wish the boss good luck.

A new favorite of mine! I was stationed in Korea for a year. I drove all the way from Houma to come eat here because I had been craving bibimbap. Everything I ate here was DELICIOUS! We had spicy chicken, japchae, and bulgogi too. Our food arrived quickly and the service was lovely!

Love this place! We rarely go out to dinner, because we just love to cook at home, but this is the one place that we frequent quite often. The owners are so caring and the food is fabulous!
I don’t believe that every rude person is racist but the receptionist was on the phone with an order and I waited patiently with a smile… no problem . As soon as the phone call was over an Asian couple walked in ….they were greeted with a smile and “hello takeout or dine in ? ” . The reception then looked me up and down and said “pick up ?” …. No greeting at all. Also the restaurant didn’t look clean. I didn’t place an order after this . Do with this information as you please .

There were less than 20 people in this small restaurant. I ordered to go. I waited for 10 minutes before my order was taken. After placing my order, I was told it would take 40 min for my food to be ready because he said he's busy? my daughter wanted this so badly that we waited. The food was fresh and amazing, but the restaurant atmosphere and service were lacking.
