I cannot believe!!! Tips are a very controversial issue and don't get me wrong, I am a good tipper as both of my girls are/were in the service industry. But to put a tip on my bill without even making it an option!???? Come on! I would have tipped anyway if given the chance, but adding it to my bill? I will pick them up myself from here on...Thanks!!!

This was my first time trying the cake and it was delicious. The white cream was too sweet for my taste but overall it was still very enjoyable. The service was kind and welcoming which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back to try the carrot flavor next time!

I usually luv trying new ones. I bought Lemon/Blueberry. Very disappointed, taste was cake, no Blueberry or lemon flavor. 😕

24 guest were very disappointed. Cakes ordered for Thanksgiving were dry. The flavor has changed as well. We had everything large to small all flavors. Will not be back...to any of your locations. I can buy mediocre food for far less. Not mad just disappointed, I used to love the product.

I came about 45 minutes to closing, testing my luck to see if they still had a wedding cake bundtlet. Originally they were out so I had gotten another flavor instead. As I was walking to my car, one of the staff members got my attention and informed me that one of their mobile orders had been canceled & they now had a wedding cake bundtlet available. I regret not getting her name, but she went above and beyond for me & I appreciate that!
Shoutout to the closing staff on 7/10/2024.
But I must say, I always have a pleasant experience at NBC-Metairie!
