Nothing Bundt Cakes

Been going forever, service has gone down, they don’t provide spoons for your purchase anymore, SAD.

I usually luv trying new ones. I bought Lemon/Blueberry. Very disappointed, taste was cake, no Blueberry or lemon flavor. 😕

Always efficient and friendly service. Their website makes it easy to order ahead for quick in store pickup.

24 guest were very disappointed. Cakes ordered for Thanksgiving were dry. The flavor has changed as well. We had everything large to small all flavors. Will not be back...to any of your locations. I can buy mediocre food for far less. Not mad just disappointed, I used to love the product.

The staff there was fast and kind. A warm environment.

I came about 45 minutes to closing, testing my luck to see if they still had a wedding cake bundtlet. Originally they were out so I had gotten another flavor instead. As I was walking to my car, one of the staff members got my attention and informed me that one of their mobile orders had been canceled & they now had a wedding cake bundtlet available. I regret not getting her name, but she went above and beyond for me & I appreciate that!
Shoutout to the closing staff on 7/10/2024.
But I must say, I always have a pleasant experience at NBC-Metairie!

I love and look for this place every state I visit. The cakes all of them or delicious. My favorite red velvet. Never disappoints. Staff very kind.
