This is my first time at this restaurant. I searched for places to eat that were close to where I was at the time and this place was tue closest. I came in with my service dog. Sometimes I have to explain to the server or manager that service dogs are protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), but fortunately, I didn't have to do that.
I asked for lemonade and the server said they didn't have any. Five minutes later, she came out with some that she said she made for me. That made me smile. Then, the food came out pretty quickly. It was tasty and very good!

Dont let this small little place turn you away. It's always busy when we go there. This is a to go place pho, wings and bun bo hue in the Metairie area. We would drive from the WestBank just to go eat there when we want some good pho.

Food was delicious! 🍜 I think this is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. The place is a little small and is always packed so make sure you go early and not during peak hours, but I 100% recommend this place! Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought. I hate to drop my rating, but the velow will explain it all. TAKE A RECEIPT WHEN YOU LEAVE! We frequent Nudo for lunch and dinner (mostly take out for dinner). Last night we decided to bring my mom for the first time. Food was great as always. Because we go so often, we knew what the bill will be generally. I looked at the bank this morning and they took more than our meal! We had 2 waters, 1 coke, 1 crab rangoon, 2 grilled pork spring rolls, 1 shaken beef rice plate, 2 brisket pho and a to go order of 1 crab rangoon and 1 fried dumpling. Look at the bank this morning $174.00!!!! This should have been no more than $100 when comparing to the menu price and our previous orders! My husband didn't get a receipt, why would he, we frequent the place a lot. We will never walk out without a receipt in the future! This is disgraceful. I am so upset.
Always had great food and a good experience. I am new to Vietnamese cuisine, a co-worker first brought us, she told us that it was authentic to the food her family eats. I was skeptical about pho in the beginning because I heard so many people say they did not like it, but once I tried it, I was hooked. I could eat at Nudo everyday! The spring rolls are fantastic, the shaken beef is great, the pho is amazing! We all around love the food!

First time eating pho for me so I have nothing to compare to but my wife is a Filipina and she makes soup all the time . I ate it because I like soup when I get a cold or dont feel good. All I can say is what the pho this was so good !!! 😆 I must say i feel so much better!

When I first got here in NOLA, the first thing I searched was pho spots. I just have to check where I can go get some good pho on cold, sad days like I used to do when I was in Pensacola. First thing that popped up, that had great reviews was “Nudo”. Approximately three months later, I am back. It has been cold/chilly lately, so I stopped by to get some Bon Bo Hue Pho. I order combination pho but with Bon Bo Hue broth because its so good. I usually pair it with sprite but for today I just got some water. They also have teas and veitnamese coffee for drinks. The broth Spice level is just right (and I am not a big fan of spicy stuff but this one is good). Staff are friendly. Price is reasonable. Restaurant is clean and spacious. If you dont wanna sit at the regular tables, you can sit at the bar. There are plenty of parking spaces. Enthusiastically recommend!!
