This location has the beyond chicken (plant based) so I’ve come a few times. Every time I’ve come the food has been fresh, the staff is polite and friendly, and the restaurant is clean. I’ll keep coming back as long as they still have beyond chicken.

Cashier seemed like she didn't want to be there. She didn't greet me or ask if I was using the app. Your cashier should be the one to ask. That helps with customer retention. Isn't that the entire point of the app?

The food was ok. The bathroom was god-awful. While it doesn't help that the people going across the street to chic a fila park in panda express and walk across. " I saw this several times while eating." There's not a single sign that says they can't. So have at it. Not worth the anxiety of seeing people struggling to park to get some food, I will avoid this experience in the future.

It was freezing outside. Store closed dine in. They told me to go to the drive thru. I dont even have a car. Waited on the line 20 minutes. The food is good but stuff and management is horrible. I hope i wont be sick. Thank you so much.

Food is good and contantly making fresh batches. The honey walnut shrimp is pretty good, their noddles are pretty good and fresh all the time. Is not quite the tipical chineese food place its more like a fast chineese food. Its still good though. Service is fair, fast, and efficient.

Possible food poisoning! Got food between 2pm and 2:30pm Monday December 17th 2024. After 5pm I began feeling ill. I began vomiting around 7:30pm. After 11pm still very sick.
I got the orange chicken, bejing beef, and lo mein
The service is always great. The food is always good. This is the first time this has happened to me here. Unfortunately, I will not return because of this

whoever was taking orders on 12/15 at 4:22pm is the rudest person i’ve ever come across in a long time. management should really look into her and consider her job. unacceptable, ugly and disgusting service. not coming back to this location ever again.
I usually have a good time at this place. No soy sauce given, and they do not sell small ala carte rice boxies to go. The sign says they do, and the extra big plate comes in a small box for the extra meat. Then, to top it off, I asked for one order of spring rolls. Yeah, I just got one, so look at your orders before you drive away.

Update 11/14/24 : Wow beyond orange chicken is back and so are we! On top of that Leon was incredible, fast, nice and fair portioned! We will be back soon!
Past review : Just disappointed. Girlfriend and I love the vegan orange chicken, but tonight they told us they sold out and were not going to be making anymore, even though it was more than an hour and a half before they close. We drove out to get food only to go home sad and hungry...
Vegetarian options: If you go for the vegetarian or vegan options be sure to call ahead because sometimes they just won't make anymore.
It was my first time getting Panda Express (I think) and classic, photos look great but then the food is blah. I went through the drive through, got the “better” steak bowl. One piece of broccoli and it tasted bitter and kind of bad. The meat was grizzle… just very disappointing. I don’t know that I will go back there.

Waited over an hour for Postmates to show up with an order that was completely messed up. This is the restraunts fault not Postmates. Even a container labeled broccoli beef was not what was inside. And to put the cherry on the cake the gave me 1 fortune cookie for 4 meals!!
