They use fresh fruit for their boba smoothies, though they did not have boba at the time. The worker was really nice and the smoothies were yummy and fresh.

So very badly wanted to like this place. There aren't many boba/tea places in the area. Taro blended tasted like a water slushy (and I love taro)I thought this place would be more authentic but was very disappointed. Th extra stand was abandoned and you had to order at the bakery counter. I can't even bring myself to go back and try something else.

I was disappointed because I wanted to get a pandan waffle and ice cream, but they weren't able to oblige me. The do still make bubble tea drinks though. I ended up going to Sweet Handkraft instead. If they bring back the waffle and ice cream I will definitely go back and give it a try.

When I got there on a Tuesday around 5 PM, my first time there, they were out of literally everything. It's called "Pandan Teahouse", but there was no bubble tea or pandan waffles. It was disappointing. We drove all the way over for them to be out of everything. They should have just said they were closed.. All they had were Banh-Mi's, which I regret purchasing because they barely put any meat in them.

Kinda disappointed in this place. It has drinks and they have pandan on the menu, but u can never order it unless the boss is there who is the only person who knows how to make it. I waited a week to see if I can catch her, missed her by a minute. That's bad business.

Got the milk tea with tapioca and taro milk tea with tapioca. Milk tea on the bitter side, but very strong. Not as creamy as I like. Taro tasted weird. Definitely didn't taste like taro. It had a funky before taste and then kinda tasted like taro. Tapioca balls were in the hard side. Wasn't very chewy.

What a wonderful hidden gem! My friends and I were really craving something ube flavored and found Pandan Teahouse. We were not disappointed by how great their pandan and ube ice cream are. You can also mix and match pandan/ube waffles to go with either ice cream for a great price. The workers are very kind and answered any questions we had about the menu. Their boba and thai tea are alright. I'll have to try their bubble waffles next time!

Came to the location several times and the bubble tea was horrid. Tried different flavors and all were nasty. My last straw was I went there at 5:30 and it was closed even though the posted closing time is 6. ‍

Ube, ube, and more ubeeeeee. In Minneapolis there isn't many ube flavor things. So it was exciting to see Pandan Teahouse in NOLA. When we drove to this location and there is a good size lot. It is a really cute cafe with an outdoor area but it was humid that I wanted air condition. Its a good date or catch up type of place. I would have tried more if I had the tummy space. We we're on the mission to get the Ube Bubble Waffle. For the soft serve they had the option of getting Ube, Pandan, or the twist. I opted in for the swirl. It didn't take too long as my group was only in the cafe. I really enjoy the bubble waffle as it was crunchy, airy, and flavorful. The twist was hard to enjoy as I think the Pandan was a stronger than ube. Despite the balance not being met it is still good. It cost about 8 dollars which is reasonable to me

I guess they're still working on expanding. I was there last week but the outside looks bigger than the inside. Selection was small and they had run out of crushed oreo. We ordered an ube waffle with ube ice cream and a cookie crumble shake. Since they were out of Oreo for cookie crumble the lady suggested brownie instead. My kids thought it was ok and would probably have liked the cookie crumble better. The ube waffle and ice cream were excellent. I added brownie as a topping which I regret bc the brownie crumbles were stale and hard. The Ube ice cream and waffle with condensed milk were heaven without the brownie. I only wish they put the waffle in a bowl and not a cup. Granted, the cup made it more decorative in appearance, it was technically harder to handle bc the waffle was so big. Still ate it all and loved every bite. It was also a little on the pricey side. Between the shake and the waffle ice cream and tip...the total came close to $17, I believe. I recommend that you try the UBE anything in there. I hope this place looks so much better once all the work has been done and also hope for more options. Also this place is easy to miss when your looking for it. It is right next to heads and tails across the street from Danny and Clydes.

I was excited to try the pandan waffles and the ube ice cream. Sadly, when I got there, they were cleaning the machine. I was able to get a ube milk tea and pandan waffles. I would go back for the waffles but i don't know about the milk tea or to even try the ice cream.

Great place for bubble tea if you live in the area, great veg friendly banh mi with pepper jack fruit and mango banh mi, both suprsingly delicious and savory. Only complaint is that sometimes they are closed when the hours list them as open. Also wish they had a better vegan vs vegetarian menu

Great service and amazing drinks/ice cream! The split bubble tea cups is great for indecisive people. Banh Mi was also delicious. Also had the ice cream with the waffles and it was absolutely delicious! Would drive the 20 mins to have again!
