I'm a dedicated eater of papa john's. It's the only pizza place for me. With that being said, please tell your delivery guys to at least carry enough cash to break a 20. I was forced to give a 15 dollar tip for a 20 dollar pizza. I don't mind 5 to 6 dollar tip at all but times are tough. I for sure can't afford to be handing out fifteen dollars for a tip.

I waited almost an hour to receive the wrong order.I called and ask was my order there and was told it would take an additional 35 minutes for my order to get to me.I also ask about a refund and was told it would take 2-3 business days.This was very unprofessional. The least they could have offered a free drink or some wings or something for the mixup and inconvenience,I won't be ordering here anymore because of them not doing so.

Flavorless garbage. If you want an actual pizza with flavor, go to milanos on Cleary. I haven't been to a papa johns in years but today I made the mistake of trying them again. It's literal bread with cheap, NOT fresh toppings. The sauce is terrible. The cheese was burned with zero flavor. Fresh Mozzarella is suppose to have a smokey salty flavor. This is just processed garbage. I'm ashamed that I spent money here. Terrible!!!!
Terrible service! I had to call corporate office to complain about the rudeness of these people. The other stores in town say this location gets a lot of complaints!

We ordered pizza from this location. My pizza was an hour and a half late, wrong and I was over charged due the fact that they added pizzas onto my order that I did not order. I called to talk to the manager, who was extremely RUDE he told me to call back the next day and talk to the GM, Pam, who was EXTREMELY RUDE. I was told that they can not refund my money on an $80 order that they completely messed up on. Then PAM tells me I was upset over the money..... No I am upset I was charged 80$ for food I didn't order. Are they getting a commission on their rudeness because they sure are not customer friendly
