Coffee is good and so is the service. One of these days, the owners need to get off their wallets and update the prices on their menu signs.

Food is good however all the prices listed on the menu in the drive through are incorrect. Overall overpriced.

Pulled off at window after observing staff coughing on her hands.

Wow is all I can say. The younger co-owner is a delightful, engaging & incredible person who we had a lovely chat with. She went out of her way t0 ensure we had an enjoyable first visit. She created such a lovely atmosphere & clearly is great with her staff. Then the food...was so lovely.
We will DEFINITELY be back. I'd personally love a Home Delivery from here but then we would miss out on the atmosphere. Thank you so much for your incredible customer service. We loved the ambient decor too. ☺️?

I know that food cost have gone up. But almost $4 for a small cup of milk? I felt ripped-off and will not be back.

Had a really great breakfast burrito here while traveling. Very good and well worth the money. Huge portions! I was stuffed.

The prices at the drive thru are not the same as online. This is a sure way of losing business.

This was my first time eating at Perks and most likely my last. When I got to the window, the cost of my meal was $8 more than what the online and drive-through menu reflected. I’m all for raising prices to keep up with the current economy but you sure should have that reflected on your menus. If you can’t afford to fix your signage, you shouldn’t be in business. Food was mediocre.. a blt wrap and some soup for $22.50 …. Not worth it

Place was nice and clean. Employee was friendly. What I originally wanted was not available, so I decided on the Frappe. You can tell a lot of ice is used to blend because after a few sips I was left with a cup of frozen ice. I paid $6 for a small. Kind of a waste of money. First and last time going there.
