We've always had pleasant experiences, except for last Sunday. Order came out bone in, rather than boneless, as ordered. Accepted the bone in instead, to not waste, only to find it ice cold on the inside. Subsequently, the manager made a boneless order and removed it from the bill. Though there were mishaps, they handled it pretty well, which was appreciated.

It has been some time since I dined at P.F. Chang's, so I was unfamiliar with their menu. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of being served by Son Huynh. Son was professional, courteous, and exceptionally knowledgeable, making our dining experience most enjoyable. Therefore, I highly recommend requesting Son's service on your next visit to P.F. Chang's.

While PF Chang was once a top choice for us, with a wonderful ambiance and fantastic service, our recent visit left us disappointed. Despite the familiar setting, the quality of the food seemed to have declined significantly, especially considering the high price tag of our meal - on a Sunday afternoon
Unlike the lighter tofu we anticipated, the dish arrived with a thick, heavily fried batter tofu, and the tofu in the lettuce wraps had a similarly dense, deep-fried texture
Having waited nearly 50 minutes for our meal, we anticipated a truly remarkable dining experience, akin to the quality we previously enjoyed here. We truly value your consideration for both our vegetarian dietary needs and the options you provide for our vegan friends. Please, go back to your original recipe 🙏

The food quality is horrific! Cheap ingredients and you can taste it! Too much sugar glaze on everything! Will not be back! Service was excellent and the interior is beautiful!

Our server was wonderful and service was great but the food has gone down badly in recent years. I tried the dynamite shrimp and the shrimp were the small frozen kind that tasted old. The Lettuce wraps were extremely salty and some of the Lettuce was a little wilted. Other than the staff, this place has gone down on food taste and quality.

This is what you get with a $17 entree…

A few compliments, the teriyaki chicken had so little chicken in the entire plate. It was just a lot of fried breading bits covered in a bear flavorless sauce
Edamame was extremely over cooked, to the point of making neatly uneatable
This was once my favorite place. I went back for the first time in a while and everything I had was tasteless and/or ill-prepared. My fav Crispy Honey Chicken tasted like it was frozen and heated. I am heartbroken because I really loved this place so much.

Almost as close to fast food as you can get. It has declined so much! Ordered shrimp fried rice to go portion has gone down quite a bit for a $20 order of shrimp fried rice. The taste was horrible. I would rather go to a corner store and get it.
