Avoid Pho Bang at All Costs
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The staff at Pho Bang were rude, dismissive, and acted like they couldn’t care less about customer service. We were ignored for an uncomfortably long time, and when we finally got our food, it was bland, poorly prepared, and barely warm.
To top it off, they refused to serve tap water—something every decent restaurant offers without question. Forcing customers to pay for bottled water is a pathetic money grab and downright disrespectful. It’s cheap, greedy, and completely unacceptable.
If you value your time, money, or dignity, skip this place. Pho Bang is a disgrace to Vietnamese cuisine and an embarrassment to the service industry.
I loved the beef pho and crab rangoon
I been coming to this place for over 20 years. So when I say something is off, you can book it. I haven’t eaten the pho here in quite a while and today just ordered it. It was the beef pho with beef round, brisket and meatballs. The broth had absolutely no beef flavor. If someone put the broth in front of me and blindfolded me and asked me to identify what it was, I’d say hot water. Whoever is the chef that made this could not have tasted it. It was absolutely watered down and before I even tasted it I noticed the color was off. It was not the deep beef color like it use to be. Now this might have been an off day, but the ratings appear to have been going down over the years. I don’t think I’ll take a chance again to get a bowl of hot water. I did order the Vietnamese fried pork rolls and they were alright— could have been fried longer.
Service was great! Amazing pho, clean place, and food took about 3 minutes longer than usual to come, but eventually came. Recommended pho restaurant in Kenner!
Consistently good. It's great to find a place that is always the same, good. Always a go-to place when my family wants pho', spring rolls or any of their other dishes!

Terrible Neighbors!!! They continuously use a residential street clearly marked as "No Trucks" to park thier large trucks and 18 wheeler deliveries. They've torn down the AT&T & Cox lines multiple times.
They gave me the wrong order, and I called them about it. She hung up on me and offered no refund when I was going to bring it back.
I'm not an expert on Vietnamese food but I thought it was great

This was my first time ever going to this location, but I have been to the one by bonnabel, and of course I've been to the best one in the area (West Bank expressway). And I will never go back to this one.
There is no ambience or atmosphere at this restaurant. It is tables lined up and clearly the restaurant is in need of a good scrubbing. There is no tap water, only bottled water to be purchased. My food came out fairly quickly, but my pork vermicelli was barely edible. The noodles were cold, and while the pork was warm, it was extremely tough and dry and charred to inedible in spots. I rarely waste food, not these leftovers definitely went to waste.

My least favorite Vietnamese place in the NOLA area so far. They didn't bother to bring me my vegetable plate to go with my pho and they only had selections of beef pho with no chicken, seafood, or other options. I've also heard this place is also a national chain so that seems a bit strange to me also. They do take credit cards with a posted minimum of $10 but they allowed me to charge my $8 pho with no problems. The service seemed a bit confused as there were two ladies that just served everybody haphazardly and then a guy from the back brought your food out to you so in all that chaos it is no wonder they forget my veggie plate. The beef pho I had was good I just prefer other places with better ambiance, service, and more choices.

The servers are rude. Go to the one on Veterans near Bonnabel instead. The staff is wonderful there.
Great grilled pork chop at reasonable price.
