Consistently good. It's great to find a place that is always the same, good. Always a go-to place when my family wants pho', spring rolls or any of their other dishes!

Terrible Neighbors!!! They continuously use a residential street clearly marked as "No Trucks" to park thier large trucks and 18 wheeler deliveries. They've torn down the AT&T & Cox lines multiple times.
They gave me the wrong order, and I called them about it. She hung up on me and offered no refund when I was going to bring it back.
I'm not an expert on Vietnamese food but I thought it was great

This was my first time ever going to this location, but I have been to the one by bonnabel, and of course I've been to the best one in the area (West Bank expressway). And I will never go back to this one.
There is no ambience or atmosphere at this restaurant. It is tables lined up and clearly the restaurant is in need of a good scrubbing. There is no tap water, only bottled water to be purchased. My food came out fairly quickly, but my pork vermicelli was barely edible. The noodles were cold, and while the pork was warm, it was extremely tough and dry and charred to inedible in spots. I rarely waste food, not these leftovers definitely went to waste.

My least favorite Vietnamese place in the NOLA area so far. They didn't bother to bring me my vegetable plate to go with my pho and they only had selections of beef pho with no chicken, seafood, or other options. I've also heard this place is also a national chain so that seems a bit strange to me also. They do take credit cards with a posted minimum of $10 but they allowed me to charge my $8 pho with no problems. The service seemed a bit confused as there were two ladies that just served everybody haphazardly and then a guy from the back brought your food out to you so in all that chaos it is no wonder they forget my veggie plate. The beef pho I had was good I just prefer other places with better ambiance, service, and more choices.

The servers are rude. Go to the one on Veterans near Bonnabel instead. The staff is wonderful there.

I gave it 5 stars cause the place is always consistently great, and I didn't want to ding them on points, but this past time I went the pho broth was a little bland. This is very unusual and the first time it's ever happened in 20+ visits. It was probably a 1 time thing. You should go, cause every other time I've gone they have the absolute best pho broth of all the pho places in the city
