Men’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting, something nasty all over the walls. As we were eating, a roach casually walked across the dining room. It appears the cleaning standards are not very good.

Fantastic Pho, and wonderful Bun Bo Bue(which is served Saturday and Sunday) can be had here! They are very generous with the portions and load it up with meat which was so tasty! The broth is amazing and flavorful as well, very full bodied! Everything else on the menu looked good too, but we were in the mood for soup. The waitress who served us was very friendly too, and always checked in on us and made us feel welcome.

I had Pho tai chin and it was excellent!! The broth and meat were so delicious and generous - I think as good as pho in Vietnam! Excellent customer service as well!

During the strange COVID-19 times it was nice to try out a new restaurant. This is the former location of the Alpine Clocks and Jewelers that I used to love to visit to see their great knife selection so I was very sad to see that place leave (they still have a location on the North Shore) but I was glad to see a Vietnamese place open here. Most of my Vietnamese restaurants seemed to be either closed or carry out only during the pandemic times so I was quite pleased to find Pho Bang was offering normal inside sit down dining at this location.

Pho Bang is a chain with several locations in the area and I have eaten at one other Pho Bang years ago in the area which I still have that Yelp review for and to summarize it wasn't a good experience back then. This experience was completely different as everything went fantastic and the food was cooked perfectly. They even asked if I wanted anymore vegetables with my pho which is a very rare thing to happen. Their pho veggie mix was a bit smaller than some other places I like but I really appreciate that they asked if I wanted more.

My brisket and eye of round pho was delicious and much needed as it was the first pho I had eaten during the entirety of this pandemic. Before all this madness happened I was eating pho at least twice a week so pho had definitely been missed in my life. The service was great and they kept my iced jasmine tea full and were very efficient and professional in ensuring I had all that I needed.

Overall this was a great experience and I'm glad to see they have greatly improved from my previous experience years ago with this chain. In these strange times it was also fantastic to get a good bowl of pho. As so many things continue to be closed I'm sure I will be back here sooner than later.

Pho Bang is my FAVORITE—easily THE best pho I’ve had in the states!!! Even though I’ve moved away from New Orleans, I always come back here whenever I’m in town. I always order the tofu pho with beef broth; the broth is so flavorful and rich. The tofu rolls are great, and the pho tai chin has tender meat with good portions. I think about this pho all the time... I used to visit every Friday night for a hot bowl of Pho even in the summer... I can’t recommend Pho Bang enough—don’t forget to try it with the chili oil. Best pho ever~~~
P.s. the other location at Gretna is just as good!

Food was delicious and just what we needed coming off a flight. The place was busy when we arrived around 8pm on a Friday evening. We got the Com Ga Nuong (Lemongrass grilled chicken), Goi Cuon Tofu (Fried tofu summer roll/spring roll), and various versions of the beef pho. The soups were served very hot and they asked if we wanted onion and cilantro in them. We all enjoyed the flavor of the broth and quality of the beef round and brisket. The fried tofu in the summer rolls was crispy and hot. My personal favorite was the grilled lemongrass chicken! I would go back just for that and the sweet sauce they accompany with it! We also got two young coconut drinks and they were tasty!
Prices were very reasonable
Service was polite and welcoming, not overly friendly which I appreciated to be honest.
I have no photos to add because we were too hungry and the food was too tasty!

Delicious, but the leftover chicken broth did not congeal so wonder if it's made with bones or not.

The food was the worst I've ever eaten. The spring rolls, chicken, Broccoli and carrots was horrible. Don't waste your money.

Terrible Neighbors!!! They continuously use a residential street clearly marked as "No Trucks" to park thier large trucks and 18 wheeler deliveries. They've torn down the AT&T & Cox lines multiple times.

Soup served Luke warm after specifically asking that my soup be served very hot because I read a review about it and this is the second one that this has happened
