Inflation has kit Louisiana pho. Pretty expensive but at least the portion size is good. Overall the food was ok. The lemongrass pork could use some more char in my opinion

Authentic Vietnamese pho! Appetizers are amazing too. New ownership and new pho recipe. It is a must try if you are serious about pho. My wife had Bun Bo Hue and the lemon grass aromatic is just like in Saigon Vietnam.

BEWARE OF ROACHES...Unfortunately this will be my last visit here although I have visited several times, today while dining inside roach crawled on table the lady at the register suggested they just the exterminator spray and they were running from the spray. EEWW well I lost my appetite and can't imagine what's in the kitchen.

Their bun bo hue is DELISH!! I‘m normally scared to try bun bo hue at restaurants because it needs to be really spicy and flavorful and most restaurants don’t do that sadly. However, the flavor of this one was soo good. It’s their signature dish for a reason! Their house-made chili oil elevated it even more!! I’m also pretty picky about meat, especially brisket because I hate when it’s falling apart and looks like weird stringy pieces at other restaurants, but I ate all of it in my bowl! No weird texture at all, and now I’m a brisket fan!
