They were very rude when we were ordering our food she couldn’t hear asked me the same question 6 times and we were answering correctly what we wanted each time. Made us feel dumb for not knowing rather then explaining it to begin with while proceeding to make faces when speaking to us

I’m Vietnamese, and when I went to this restaurant, the staff were very indifferent and inattentive. After I sat down and ordered, no one came to check on me or ask if I needed anything after the food came out. It felt like they only cared about white Americans or families with money. If you’re Vietnamese, don’t bother eating here. There are way better places out there.

Their menu offers many choices for good Asian good. I like their Bun Bo Hue, but the taste is kind of salty IMO. Their fried rice is good as well.

I placed a to go order and was charged a $0.75 to go fee. I called to question about the fee the man said the fee listed on his menu then hung up abruptly .I looked there was no $0.75 listed. I don't think I'll go back food was horrible and cold I specifically asked them to hold the onions when I open it was full of onions I am so frustrated with these people. I believe I'll stick with Pho Bang much better service and they listen when I ask for no onions and and they don't charge a $0.75 to go fee.

Only gave atmosphere 4 due to we got to go and didn't get to see all of it but what we did see was beautiful. Food is amazing ? ?. It's a must try. The wanton soup is the best I have ever tried and that's saying something. The staff took time to answer questions on the phone and we are so thankful for that.

Dietary restrictions: They were able to customize dishes around a friend's allergies
Parking: When busy it is very busy. Parking wasn't hard just have to look closely for a good spot but it's completely worth it.

I love Pho and this is one of the best that I have ever had. First time here. Just got the Pho Ga, but it was amazing.
I used to live in NOLA and would eat here all the time. I recently visited after a year, and it's still the best Pho I've ever had. I also love the com bo luc lac (shaken beef with rice), Bun tom thit nuong (noodles with shrimp and pork), and Bo ne, which I've only ever had offered in Vietnam. In all the years my family had come here the food is always excellent. Can't wait to get back to NOLA just to eat here.
