The most unpleasant thing a restaurant can do to its diners is take the check in the middle of the meal. Every time I have gone they take the check without asking the customer and it is unpleasant for me the right thing to do is to let people enjoy their food and ask if they are ready for their check. I also wish that the clear noodle could be changed because I honestly don't like it, I prefer the spicy beef soup noodle and the waiter told me they can't change it but I can order a side.
Super yummy traditional Vietnamese with an excellent pho selection as well as bahn mi. There is something extra special about the bread and it's a delicious sandwich. This place is fast and consistently serves great food. Highly recommended.

Was craving banh mi, banh mi thap cam here is not what you think. It's some chicken, one slice of cha lua and thit nuong. No butter, no pate, no soy sauce/Maggie, two slices of cucumber and a buttload of pickled carrots. Oh let's not forget about the old bread that was crumbling away with each bite. The bread was not smooth, it was full of dents. That's how you know they used old bread to heat up twoserve you. For a sandwich that's almost $10. Save your money. Go to Frosty's. I will not be coming back to Pho Orchid.
Excellent service! I am allergic to MSG and my server directed me to the best foods for me on their menu. I ordered fried rice with vegetables and it was excellent!Thank you Pho Orchid!

Really wish I could give this restaurant a higher review, but had an issue the second time I ate here. I simply wanted a normal Vietnamese coffee but the coffee they gave was not draining properly through the filter and was way too strong plus half the amount. Instead of just remaking the coffee, they were frustrated, confused and just gave me my money back for the coffee. The pho is tasty, but service was questionable

i love pho orchid. i come all the time. today though, i dined in, they messed up my in house order, and ordered a shrimp wrapped in around sugar cane banh hoi and a banh mi cha lau togo to eat for late night dinner, and i just now open the box to see i received just regular shrimp instead AND they didnt put the carrots in my banh mi, but also my cha lau looked skimped from the times i ordered it, it just look less. im just so sad and disappointed. i feel like i cant trust ordering togo anymore :( i regret tipping 25%
