Store is less than a mile from my place and won't deliver to my address. Was wanting their wings and pizza deal but after being told online they can't we called and the call center guy said they can't and when they transfered us to the actual store no one would answer. So went with papa John's instead.

I ordered directly through the Pizza Hut website and paid a $4.99 delivery fee. I then got a text that my order was being delivered through DoorDash. I have a membership that includes free delivery. I feel like Pizza Hut scammed $4.99 out of me?! That’s the last time that will happen.

This is ridiculous, I’ve called 7 times no answer. Even the people that tried to connect you are rude. They kept putting me on hold even after telling them to stop connecting because they aren’t answering.

I woke up to an entire order of pizza on my back porch that I didn't order. It had my address and a different name. I've been on hold for nine minutes to let them know there mistake. The whole time on hold Im hearing a repeating audio about how much they care. Im hanging up now. They will find out if they read this, I guess.

Don’t waste your time and money you’ll never get your food and they hang up on you when you call asking how long and where’s the food then lies stating they busy and it’s on the way 1hour later and 2hours since order placed and no delivery ask for refund and hung up the phone with no refund …total disgrace of a human being and a Pizza Hut never ever go there try Papa John’s and dominoes
