The worst I had an altercation in the Drive-Thru because the guy both of them did not know how to take any use the register it was a mess and never going back

I placed a large order and was told to wait for about 30 minutes. When I went to pick up my order, they informed me that some items were unavailable and asked if I could make substitutions, to which I agreed. I waited an additional 40 minutes, but the staff member who took my order had already finished their shift and left. After waiting an extra 10 minutes, I inquired about the delay and was told to continue waiting. In total, I waited for nearly 2 hours, and they ruined my day.

Nice little corner restaurant, with imho better beignets than its more famous cousin Cafe du Monde. Cafe au lait was good tasting as well.

Used the drive throughPaid with a card , had to sign a printed bill so they can beg for a tip. Omitted the tip and they omitted the whip cream after asking twice if I wanted it added.

This was my first time visiting this particular PJ's. We, my friend and I, place to order via the kiosk when you walk in and it took forever for them to actually make the order apparently they do drive-through orders and walk up orders before they do the kiosk orders! Both coffee orders came out and tasted great, The only problem is that they don't pay attention to the kiosk orders like they should!

While I like going there for coffee...the issue is the owners and management that decide this is their office. They take over tables and electrical plugs and are oblivious to the fact that others need to use those things to work and enjoy their coffee. Get an office! It is hard enough to find parking when "politicals" take up 3-4 parking lots and tables with security spread throughout the place...and then you have management taking up tables. If you have to work while you enjoy your coffee - AVOID THIS PJs.Go across the street to Starbuck or Puccino's - they, while busy, always have space for their patrons.

The coffee is consistent PJs coffee, which is pretty much below average but normal for chain coffee shops. This particular location is overall relatively clean, but the employees could stand to do a little cleaning when they're not busy instead of chatting on the phones. No big deal, but just not 5-stars.The seating here is pretty good, but they could use a little more. There are enough outlets ro plug in when needed, and the wifi is fine. There is a little bit of outdoor seating, but not a whole lot of shade.

First of all, I'm vegan so I don't do regular milk.. EVERYTIME I go to this location they are messing up my order. Another problem, don't know the girls name but she rushes u when placing a order, that's her problem. Instead of taking her time and listening to the order she's rushing u and not listening. Don't go thru the drive thru, may leave disappointed. RUDE FOR NOTHING.

Went through the drive-thru. Let me start with the customer service. There was no greeting, just a "hold please," then a "go with your order." The lady was rushing us with our order, and the location wasn't busy. When I went the window to pay, the guy at the window provided adequate service with a greeting and exit greeting. I ordered an iced Chai tea latte. The chai tea latte was pretty good.

Ok I only went through the drive through - but I just wanted to say I loved the velvet cream - it was SO good! I wish we had PJ's in Austin!

While I'm out of town or even in my own hometown it's my things to try different coffee places everywhere. So while In Louisiana we passed a pj location elsewhere but when it came to actually trying one we came across this location an tried it out. Went to the drive thru and the woman taking the orders was rude and rushed through our orders without repeating them back. Got it to the window and the actual gentleman taking out money and giving out the drinks had a positive attitude. The rushing during ordering caused us to get a wrong drink. When we tasted one of the 3 drinks after pulling off it was incorrect and we were too far to turn back.
