So far this is my favorite poke bowl place! The ingredients tasted fresh & delicious! Wasn't too crazy for their teas/fruit drink. The flavor of the drinks were not my cup of tea. This will be a spot I'll come back to when I crave a nice poke bowl!

I haven't been to Pokeworks in a while so I thought I should give it another try recently. I noticed that they have new menu items such as sushi and that instead of just having poké bowls with rice, you can now use a different base for your bowls such as nachos which I thought was unique. I built my own poké bowl and I loved it! Their quality is great and I love how they have so many different toppings. I also liked how the snow crab and seaweed salad were not extra which is usually the case at some poké places. I will say they were more expensive and gave you less/were smaller bowls than other places like Poke Loa. I like how they mix your proteins with the sauce you choose so it goes all over the rice and how they gave you the option of how much you sauce you wanted. The sauce I chose was delicious and made the whole dish, I just wish they gave you more. I will definitely be back here to try their nachos or to make my poké bowl into a salad!

Annoyingly stingy with all included and premium toppings. Told management I’d rather pay $5 more than feel nickel and dimed. They blamed corporate and told me to send an email instead of thoughtfully accepting the feedback. No intention to come back.

Perfect spot for a fresh light lunch in Metairie. Poke bowls and burritos are yummy. Also like that they have canned hawaiian drinks. The passionfruit was really good. Recommend adding volcano sauce to the food if you like spicy!

Rice they used was OLD and HARD. I had asked for crunchy wontons in the burrito, but something was wrong. I pulled out an extremely hard piece of rice after the second bite... this wasn't like they burnt the rice or that it was dry... this was like when they made the rice the day before and left it out without covering it for a day. And it wasn't just one or two bites. It was literally every other bite that I had to pull out these hard pieces of rice!! Not as good quantity as we would liked too. I ordered the burrito and my wife ordered the bowl. We were so surprised how little each one was given the $15 price tag.

Fresh ingredients, huge portions, friendly staff, and clean dining area. There's really not much more you can ask for. It's right outside the lakeside mall so parking can be tricky on busy weekend nights, but otherwise great poke place!
Great place to get poke. I didn’t expect the portion to be so massive, definitely got more than what I paid for.Fish was fresh, and the service was quick. I recommend stopping by.

They are very stingy with the food, they weigh everything, you pay extra for almost everything that should be included in a 15 dollar bowl. They charged me two extra dollars because I wanted to take my food to go, how Ridiculous. Won't be coming back!

Entered the store and was completely ignored by a woman. She didn't acknowledge my presence. She purposely avoided looking at me and continued what she was doing. I stood at the counter and waited several minutes until she finally looked up and her "greeting" to me was, " Are you ready to order?"She was curt throughout the interaction. A customer came in a couple minutes after the worker started on my order and was immediately greeted warmly with a smile. The woman rushed me while I was telling her my order. She also forgot to make it a Large and had to go back to adjust. The worker was clearly annoyed with working/serving. The food was average and the "large" is three scoops of protein. She also did not weigh it. My total for a large salad was just under $17. My experience at this location is memorable as it's a place I will not return.
