The lady that took care of us today did so good for us. She was a pleasure. I will be going back to that Popeyes from now on just for her. Super Bowl Sunday at 2:30… she hooked us up with two 10 pcs and 2 red beans no rice, 2 Cajun rice, biscuits and all that good chicken.

Slow, slow, slow, slooooooooow. No greeting. No hello. No nothing. Zero customer service. Order on kiosk. Wait forever for food and then finally they plop my sandwich on counter. "What are you waiting on?" cashier askes. "Still waiting on two biscuits." I can literally see the biscuits behind her. Then -- hand on a Bible -- the manager and the cashier have an entire conversation in front of me about her work schedule. They ignore me during this conversation. I can see my biscuits. They've been sitting in the warmer THE ENTIRE TIME. Finally after working out her schedule, she turns and asks me what I'm waiting for, fries? "Two biscuits," I repeat again. She couldn't have moved any slower if she tried. Manager was complicit. My only guess is that they don't want customers because that's what it felt like.

The kiosk idea is a disaster. We all know these things are for the benefit of the restaurant, not the diner. Maybe we could fry our own chicken too. Please. The kiosks destroy any remaining human touch the place had, making it ice cold and detached. NOT a New Orleans experience. Come on, guys. And the machines slow it down too. Took 25 minutes after ordering in the machine to get my order. New Orleans and Popeye's should hold the human touch dear to our hearts and this experience completely rips your heart out.

Good location, unless it's Saints game day, but i think that applies to any Popeyes in S LA! Seriously, though, food is good and they get your order correct more often than not, so that's pretty much all I need. Popeyes seems to be the last of the affordable fast food joints. I can get feed my family of 4 for less than $40, which is difficult to do without cooking at home. 🍗

Went to pick up a order for Uber eats and they refused to answer the intercome. Went to go inside and 2 women ran to the door and hurry and locked it and began histercally laughing. Lost out on money because of their childness and ignorance. This was 7 pm and their excuse was they were cleaning. They are all unprofessional including the manager. They all need a reality check and to be fired. Wouldn't come back if they paid me to. Complete ignorance

Employees were rude. Refused to take my order. I used the kiosk that doesn’t take cash. Biscuit wasn’t buttered. Chicken wasn’t crispy. They forgot to give me a drink & when I asked they were out of Diet Coke & Coke Zero. Floor was slippery & sticky. Lemonade was gross. Fries were well seasoned. Tables were so dirty I had to eat in my car. Worst experience!

This is the most insane Popeyes I’ve ever been to. I pull up to the speaker and tell them I’m picking up a delivery order. The truck in front of me hands the workers a marijuana blunt right in the window. They sit around and smoke for 5 minutes then he drives away. As soon as I get to the window they pull me up and tell me they’ll bring it out. The order never came out. The workers were in the store dancing and messing around but 20 minutes pass and they never came with the order. I dropped it and left but was so mind blown that I had to come leave a review. I’ve never seen anything like this at an establishment before. I’m baffled. In all my years delivering food and groceries I have NEVER!

The people in there have a attitude so bad starting with the manager bad attention for be a restaurant

Been here all my life coming to this location, The employees are rude and obnoxious , not sanitary, place if nasty , I will report this popeye's every week till something is done !
