Wish I could give a -20. There is always something going on at this store location. Either there aren't enough people or they are running out of things. Right now you can only use the drive through so you are unable to go inside. However, they are consistently slow and three people have left the line while i've been sitting here for the past 20+ minutes waiting to pick up a door dash order. Food is going to be cold as hell as usual from this location. On top of that, the girl working the drive thru NEVER or barely ever mutes her headset so everyone outside gets to hear bits of what sounded like a pretty ratchet conversation. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location. You could have gotten something to eat at a sit down restaurant with better food and better service for all this time spent waiting for what is supposed to be some fast food.

Waited in line for 30+ minutes just to finally get to the speaker for them to say there is only white meat and nothing spicy!!!! This is literally everytime & it’s ridiculous!!! Please order enough food.

Service needs work. Front person too busy gossiping with her coworker who is off about her love life, fixing her hair without washing her hands before handling food, not wiping the counter, and not greeting or thanking customers. The manager clearly is trying to keep her working while making sure food is cooking and everything else running. Basic customer service seems to have taken a hard hit, considering the other reviews.

Took at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge that my family was at the counter to order food. No ranch sauce. Gave us fries instead of beans.
Went here after work they made me wait 5 mins to ask the order I asked for a meal and a special she ring the meal up separately so I didn’t get a drink she ring me up for the regular price for my wings instead of the 12 for 12 then gets made at me because she got it wrong it was really more of the attitude for me IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB GET ANOTHER ONE

They need to fire the whole crew. Very unprofessional It’s obvious the manager wasn’t managing properly. We heard cussing and yelling through the drive through mic. Our order was all messed up. We ordered beans and received rice. 2 wraps mid with no pickles. Both had pickles no sauce and old dead lettuce. Ridiculous

My family was greeted by the entire staff while entering. Food was freshly made to order, a team member brought out our food to the table we were seated at. Nice experience for a Popeyes. 7/8/2025
