This place is absolutely horrible. Always takes over an hour if I door dash. They ALWAYS forget something if not more than one item. The food is always over fried or smushy. I just don’t understand how these people still have jobs. Tonight was the last time I order from here.

This place needs to be revamped and employees retrained. Every time you order off of the app and come and pick up your food 1.) Food isn’t ready 2.) They make you wait for over 30 minutes and still get the order wrong. 3.) Everyone there is unorganized and unprofessional. Staff seems clueless and I say this because I’ve repeated my order to employees asking me “What’s the name for the order, again?” And I would let them know 3-4x. Absolutely HORRID STAFF. I can not stress this enough. The staff here is HORRIBLE.

Horrible place. Every time I go there, and I went there 5 times, the wait time is at least 20 minutes. I ordered ahead of time, it doesn’t matter, I still have to wait in there. Today, ordered on Popeyes App to pick up order that I did order before. Big Box, dark meat with mash potatoes and French fries. Ordered at 4:45 pm, receipt said it will be ready by 5:10 PM. When showed up at the store by 5:27 pm they didn’t even have my order in. They started to shove food while asking me what I want right in front of me. Finally, i got my food and went home. At home I see that they gave me white meat (can’t stand chicken breast). Women working in there were very agressive, and acting like they didn’t even get the order in the store. Then why would they start moving when I said that I ordered without checking in their computer? They just didn’t have anything ready.

This place was buns.. The workers were playing around which I can understand when there’s no customers, but they were acting unprofessional and rude to us by yelling and laughing with each other. There’s a time and place no matter what job you have. That kind of attitude gets people nowhere in laugh. It’s just sad honestly. Plus, food was quickly packaged poorly. Chicken taste was not up to par. Did they cook this food in OLD grease? Had mild breast & leg. The cream potatoes & Red Beans were ok. But the fried chicken did not taste like I remember from previous visits. Also, the biscuit was unbelievably tasteless... Not puffy like I remember the biscuit I knew. It's been several months since I had Popeyes food. Took advantage of the $6 box. As for service, the clerk threw the plastic utensils into My bag... How discourteous!! Will NOT visit this Airline Hwy store anytime soon.
