I went in to this location and dine in and a manger name mikelle put a burnt piece of chicken in my box very disgusting and disrespectful never going back there to get me something to eat why play with someone’s food like this she hade the nerve leave for the day to rude if a Manger doing I hope Consequences is DONE ABOUT THIS

I was waiting in the drive-thru for 10min and they just say hold on.
I enter the store and took me 10more min for them to attend me . 6 persons and no good service. Just the old man make an apology

I placed an order through the drive-through, and the person who initially took my order was very pleasant and kind. It was a nice start to my experience. However, things took a turn when I reached the window to pay and collect my food. The staff member, identified on my receipt as #530, Eriquella, was rude and dismissive. She didn’t greet me, just stuck the card reader out without a word. After I thanked her for my food, she closed the window without acknowledgment.

When I waved to request an extra BBQ sauce, willing to pay for it as I always do, I was again met with a negative attitude. Customer service is just as important as the food quality, and unfortunately, the service here left a lot to be desired and the food was also unsatisfactory and I was not provided with utensils. A small courtesy can go a long way, and it’s disappointing when that’s not extended.

Took over 20 minutes in the drive through. Didn't check the bag got back to the house and was missing two items You could tell that it was the end of the shift and everyone just wanted out of there didn't care how it happened

This Popeyes ain't it. I got some spicy chicken here, and it was gross, worst fast food chicken I've ever had and it wasn't even Spicy, at least not on the way in. It was pretty darn spicy coming out though ?‍?

Fast service, exceptionally clean, and plenty of room to sit. Not much parking, so may be an issue during the lunch rush.

First mobile order $30.. NOTHING was fresh including the customer service!

It's almost considered petty, but the customer service was almost comical - being in the customer service - In the present tense, and for a strong decade, your customer service is repulsive and the act of filling the required duties for working the window seemed strenuous. I like to put myself into everyone's shoes - and since the lobby was empty and I was the only car - it's safe to assume the elevated, conversation, or "tea" between the 4 "or however many" employees working tonight - was extremely important to her ? who knows ??‍♀️

I have to say, I drove away - feeling as though I was part an elaborate joke for a hidden camera show - pulling me out of my the current mood, into an agitated state...and as a customer, with no options, and possibly never to be rectified, my only outlet is to leave a review.... at a fast food place.....at popeyes..... and the thought of that alone, being in the hospitality industry - disappoints me.

Anyway wanted to shout out the management team for this location ?
Since every employee is a reflection of the leadership, that is the example...

Thanks for the cold food - and the cold service haha ???
yall really know how to make someone feel better about spending money during this recession. Goodnight
