The stench of the cleaning supplies used in this cute place completely destroyed my want of a cappuccino. I won't visit again. Two stars for aesthetics.

If I could rate this with no stars I would. I ordered a 12 oz flavored granita which I tried to like but after 4 sips, the syrup kept sinking to the bottom of the cup it was not pleasant to drink. I very nicely explained to the barista & asked for another granita without the flavor and they were not helpful at all. The barista & what I’m guessing was the manager she pulled from the back were so rude & could give a damn less if the customer is satisfied with their order. After spending $50 plus a $5 tip I’d like to be able to enjoy what I paid for. 4 pumps of syrup is way too much for a 12 oz coffee. The customer service skills are non existent & the attitude is huge. I highly do not recommend. Feb 15th @ 10 am whomever worked that shift needs to be addressed before they scare business away.

The setting is very cute. You could spend time just looking at the stuff they have in there. Plenty of seating inside and out.The service was impressive. The girl at the counter that day was friendly and efficient she was the only one in the building during a busy morning rush and she handled everyone gracefully. She balanced the constant drive-thru and a stream of inside customers. My literal only downside was the food sitting out for purchase looked a little old. But considering she was alone, I would be willing to grace that as a one-off.

It is very cold in Puccinos Old Metairie! And the music is very loud! Currently, on this day, outside is 50 degrees F. It's colder in Puccinos! If you are cold natured, bring lot of blankets and sweaters of just go to Starbucks! The staff is really nice but they said they can't do anything about the temperature not the music.

It is freezing in Puccinos! And they say that they cannot control the thermostat :(The music is also very loud. They said they cannot change that either :(The people are friendly though :)I would prefer going to Starbucks who also has nice people, softer music, and not so cold atmosphere

An entire drive thru full of cars with even the first car sitting for over 20+ minutes! I only come here for the convenience of it being 2 doors down from my job, but that ends now. The service is slow and rude half the time anyway.

I really like coming here but they have gotten lazy mixing the mixed drinks I will stop coming here if they don't start mixing them again. It is gross taking a drink of solid chocolate syrup.
