Went today paid $21 for what was Suppose to be 3 large frozen puccinos literally just soft serve ice-cream all the way to the bottom of the cup with cinnamon sprinkled on top. Walked in no one spoke definitely not how im an use to the store being. Very disappointed been coming to puccinos for since before Katrina.

It was shockingly good! I had frozen granita with extra shot espresso. Going. Back to try their food. They had line out the door for food and everyone in cafe looked happy. Their food looks awesome their prices are reasonable!

Kind of a bizarre place. I don't even know how to describe it.
Coffee for sure but it goes on from there.
Lots of clutter and trinkets and signs.
Maybe it has a local following but as a first time visitor I couldn't figure out what all was going on.

Do not go here! Rudest staff ever and so slow!

Biscuits were overrated and there are plenty of places to get better coffee.

I ordered a frozen blended coffee. It was way too sweet. I had to throw it away. Mocha frappuccino from Starbucks is better.

I visited Puccino's on Veteran's Blvd this morning to study and pick up coffee. I was warned by other classmates that the Veterans location does not have the best service, and it lived up to its reputation. I ordered a latte with caramel syrup, but when I received the drink there was no caramel in it. I asked the barista to add some in - and when I tasted it afterwards there was orange juice in the latte! Not sure if it was an honest mistake or intentional, but it's safe to say I will not be going back to that location.

Wow! What an amazing little spot. Puccino’s home of the “real” Italian coffee. So convenient for ya’ll coming across the Causeway. Indoor and outdoor seating. Amazing breakfast and anytime selections. The barista was spot on with the drinks. The vibe is alluring. Free Wi-Fi. Seriously, this is a go-to type of place. There are other locations of one's closer for you, but it is absolutely worth a visit!!

Parking: Plenty of spaces within a large parking lot. This place is adjacent to the mall.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, wheelchair accessible with a ramp for the front curb entrance. Seating also accommodating for wheelchair seating.

Did drive thru. The coffee lid was not closed. Took a sip. Hot coffee all over me before a meeting and my entire car.

Staff really did not seem to care.

They owe me a dry clean and a car detail!

The appearance walking in to the main dining area looks like it is molded after the owners favorite flea market or second hand store with random assortment of collectible items arranged in a claustrophobic manner. The staff is scrambled and confused with no real sense of order and a serious lack of communication. A kitchen staff member took my order and retreated to the back without communicating my drink order. Several other customers came on after me and were waited on quickly and accurately while I waited. Seems puccinos is not nearly what the store was years ago in it's prime.

The lady taking drive through orders always has an attitude and doesn’t care to make orders correctly. Also, weird food hours… why advise food so heavily then not serve it for most of the day?

For $8, I purchased a cheese sandwich that I found to be unreasonably priced. The coffee was good, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The coffee was absolutely great. The three old day pastries however, I do not recommend we came in on Tuesday mid morning had an apple fritter and a chocolate croissant, and both were very stale.
