The coffee is strong and delicious. They also offer sugar-free flavors.

Came to this Puccino's yesterday to get a frozen granita, which I love. The reason for the 1-star review is the fact that the server added a $1 tip that I did not authorize. The total was $5.41. I handed over my credit card. She handed back the slip for me to sign. I specifically wrote in a 0 for the tip line and totaled it at $5.41. I waited for a few minutes for her to return with my receipt, but she never did. So I drove off never dreaming that they would be so untrustworthy and disrespectful of their customers at a local business. Today, my credit card statement shows the total is $6.41.

I stop going to this location. They never added my phone numbers for my points after I mentioned.
This evening my wife wanted a hot chai with milk and sugar free cream. the lady, however, she wasn't listening. Since the order was given clearly, she asked if we would like to add ice, add expresso. We declared we want it hot, and no expresso, she said how the coffee could be cold if we don't want ice.
We walked out this location at the end, so that she can be relax and enjoy a piece of quiet for her rest of the night. We were there around 6:30pm, and they close at 9pm. I believed she was ready to close.

Mike, whay all the changes and not for the better. Cashiers (“dudes with attitudes”) and 1:30pm no food available despite a guy standing behind the kitchen countrr and then I ordered a coffee and there’s no more splenda, just some stevia product which has a horrible aftertaste and does not adequately sweeten like the yellow package!!! Why are you open and the kitchen is closed? Makes no sense . . . You’re running your customers out!!! Very disappointed experience!!! I guess I have to find a new spot whenever I am in Metairie!!

This place looks like an old antique coffee shop from the inside. Friendly staff, some people were playing chess in there.
The coffee is okay, the granita is a bit too sugary for my taste.

Kind of a bizarre place. I don't even know how to describe it.
Coffee for sure but it goes on from there.
Lots of clutter and trinkets and signs.
Maybe it has a local following but as a first time visitor I couldn't figure out what all was going on.

Do not go here! Rudest staff ever and so slow!
Biscuits were overrated and there are plenty of places to get better coffee.

I ordered a frozen blended coffee. It was way too sweet. I had to throw it away. Mocha frappuccino from Starbucks is better.

I visited Puccino's on Veteran's Blvd this morning to study and pick up coffee. I was warned by other classmates that the Veterans location does not have the best service, and it lived up to its reputation. I ordered a latte with caramel syrup, but when I received the drink there was no caramel in it. I asked the barista to add some in - and when I tasted it afterwards there was orange juice in the latte! Not sure if it was an honest mistake or intentional, but it's safe to say I will not be going back to that location.

Wow! What an amazing little spot. Puccino’s home of the “real” Italian coffee. So convenient for ya’ll coming across the Causeway. Indoor and outdoor seating. Amazing breakfast and anytime selections. The barista was spot on with the drinks. The vibe is alluring. Free Wi-Fi. Seriously, this is a go-to type of place. There are other locations of one's closer for you, but it is absolutely worth a visit!!
Parking: Plenty of spaces within a large parking lot. This place is adjacent to the mall.
