The coffee was absolutely great. The three old day pastries however, I do not recommend we came in on Tuesday mid morning had an apple fritter and a chocolate croissant, and both were very stale.

BEWARE this place. Unfortunately the manager said I was weird because I WANTED MY CHANGE$ OF COURSE. I asked for a food item to NOT be warmed. It was warmed against specifying instructions, it was ruined OF COURSE. WHY SHOULD I TIP IF THE GUY CAN'T EVEN FOLLOW ORDER.Would not recommend this location. It's my favorite local coffee shop, hands down. Fun,welcoming, unique atmosphere is great for friendly visits, business meetings, and getting work done out of office setting. Best Granita in NOLA! Huge selection of flavors from standards like hazelnut and vanilla to unique such as lavender and gingerbread in stock all year. So if you want pumpkins spice in July, they got you! My favorite combo is chocolate, marshmallow, and cherry to make a chocolate covered cherry drink hot and frozen are both excellent. Gambling room on-site. Clean bathrooms for customers. Nice food menu for breakfast and lunch offerings. Extensive pastry case and candy galore.Parking: 10 spots in lot, one is handicap can be a bit tricky to squeeze in with large viechle, yet the two spots in front will accommodate. Drive through is tight as well. I drive an xl suv and have no problem, yet larger pickup trucks might have issue, definitely no duel tires, and there is a high bar at the entrance.

Great local cafe with good breakfast sandwiches and a fun interior. I was very grateful to the staff for being open on thanksgiving when we were looking for a breakfast spot. I would come back again to try some of their sweeter breakfast sandwiches, the Elvis has me tempted…

Granita is basically undrinkable, tastes like they don't clean the machine. Sign for the deal on sausage biscuits failed to mention it is only for two hours early in the morning, which were dry and flavorless. The crotchety old lady at the counter had an attitude for no reason. Overall, booooooo.

Unlike your traditional cookie cutter Starbucks or pjs coffee shop, Puccino’s is BOMB and I love the Italian Flair!
Good place to stop for a bite to eat. Great service as well. Stop on in they have something for everyone

Sent on a mission to here, I had no idea what I was even ordering, but the person helping was very nice and super patient with me. When it was all sorted my frozen beverage was delicious and was a great mid day treat on a hot day.

Cool atmosphere and the iced coffee is good. Skip the pastries because they were expensive, hard as a brick, and so dry. We took one bite of everything we ordered and threw it away.
