Love this cute little puccinos on veterans! Wonderful homey feel that makes you feel warm on the inside. Ordered the coffee and the biscuit with egg tomato and spinach. The service is lovely, and I always enjoy chatting with the ladies behind the counter. Perfect place to catch up with a friend or to get some work done.

I haven't been to this place in years. I literally went everyday morning and night from 2009-2014 to work (technicality from home) on my laptop. Absolutely loved the place. It was my 2nd home. Everything about it was great, first class all the way. Just moved home and started to regularly visit Puccinos again. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE???? I visited lakeside mall Puccinos about 10 times since I've been back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. THE FOOD SUCKS, EMPLOYEES SUCK AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE COFFEE IS HORRIBLE. BOTTOM OF THE BARREL COFFEE. I EVEN VISITED THE OTHER PUCCINOS. SAME RESULT. Also I gave the Russian girl a $20 bill for a $4 item. So my change should of been $16. She gave me back $1. I asked where's my change? She said I gave her a $5. I knew it was a $20 because I just left the ATM. All I had on me was a $20. I know ATM'S don't give out $5. Anyways she said they'll count down the register to see if they were $14 over. NOPE, They weren't over. I asked for the owner or Manager number and they gave me a number to JOE. I called JOE to explain my situation and he said "Who the F*** gave you my number?" I said "One of your employees!" He then said "Well thanks now I can fire them!" I said "I don't care what you do I just want my correct change back!" He replied "It's my change now!" Please do not spend your money here. Also the place used to be so clean. Now it's a sh** hole.

I get a Caffe Latte when I go here. They are ALWAYS perfect. The location behind Lakeside mall is the one I visit the most but there are several location you can get a wonderful cup of coffee.

The young guy behind the counter with the tats and the backwards "I love Jesus" hat was so sweet and bubbly. He took his time with some elderly people behind us and showered them with lots of attention too. Customer service matters so much.
