Might be the best decaf coffee i ever had! The almond cake and decaf for an afternoon snack was so delish! Thank you Serene for such a great coffee ! Super friendly & such a low key vibe. Highly recomnend!

Kind of an odd experience with the barista. Tried to understand how the Tuesday bogo promotion works and the barista insisted on if I buy coffee today I can use the promo any other day of the week? So I clarified by asking if I receive the Tuesday card after purchase today and she said no…. It felt like a weird run around on words. Customer service is definitely lacking. The granita and frappe was tasty. Won’t be back to this location due to the barista.

I used to frequent the one on veterans highway across from Winn-Dixie and used to work there as well for a short period of time while I did they would frequently get my orders. Messed up and would not properly train me or other members of the staff causing longer then necessary wait times for the customers and myself will refuse to give our tips to us gave us bad headsets to work with for dive Thur and the customers were unnecessarily rude to me and other members of the staff

The blonde lady with the accent is extremely stubborn and rude to customers. It’s amazing how horrible this location treats customers in comparison to the other locations. Today, I ordered multiple frozen granitas for my family. After paying, we were handed unfrozen granitas. The “frozen” coffee was as thin as water, as in no viscosity and zero evidence that it was frozen. We told the cashier, but she insisted the coffee was frozen. She then stated “that’s what happens when so many customers order the same thing” but refused to offer replacement drinks or any kind of resolution. This is the 2nd time in the last 2 weeks that we’ve had trouble with the same cashier. Some of the other customers have also commented on this cashier’s poor customer service skills. This Puccino’s has lost a repeat customer. Avoid the Lakeside location and try the one near Clearview & W. Esplanade for better quality drinks and superior customer service.

I been coming to this picchino for years and never had a problem until recently. The lady with the accent with blonde hair was so rude. I order a large pucchino and told her twice that I want extra shot in my coffee and when she made my pucchino it was so fast so I ask her did she added the extra shot and she said kept saying I didn’t tell her when I told her twice. So I took the coffee like it is and left to my car as I was drinking it tasted straight like ice cream and the color of it was so white like she didn’t add any coffee and I came back to tell her I just want my refund and she was being rude. I will not be returning to this pucchino
