I came here once before today's visit and wasn't too happy. I had a rude barista and didn't get the best vibes from the people working. I decided to give them another chance today. I walked in to study and was not greeted because I didn't have a mask on. Don't get me started on the stupid masks. THEY DONT HELP WHEN IT COMES TO COVID-19!!!!! I waited a good 5 minutes after going to my car to get a mask before I was even helped. My coffee was extremely over priced. I noticed it was very warm in the building but I just thought it was because they had the door open (stupid thing to do in 90° weather but whatever). I sat down to start studying and there's sweat dripping down my face because the air isn't on or working and I had to wear a pointless mask. My computer had a low battery so I went to plug it in -- NO OUTLETS. I walked out extremely aggravated and broke. I can promise you I'll never go to a Poopicino's again.

Cozy and inviting environment. Good coffee, latte is fresh, milk steamed nicely. As with all good things, a little patience is required; fresh latte takes a little longer to make. Come here to relax and be with good company.

Puccino's is a NOLA coffee shop chain, but offers a much wider selection of food and snacks than I'm used to, but seems no kitchen here to speak of. Think of this as a well stocked coffee shop rather that a cafe for dining. Like a Crescent City version of Star*ucks, just not replete with hipsters and yuppies like you'd find at the Star*ucks. I'd come here again if I wass in a big hurry, but otherwise I'd look for a more unique spot.

Worse coffee shop I have been to. 3 visits First visit ordered mocha cappuccino got a latte instead. 2nd visit store was open but guys were outside filling up tire with air no one was inside 3rd visit store said open but doors were locked guys inside sitting down eating

I loved puccinos until I ordered an iced latte and they gave me a hot latte. I then explained that it was supposed to be iced so they poured the hot latte over ice and handed me a lukewarm watered down coffee. I was very shocked that they even did that. An iced latte and hot latte tastes totally different. Wont return.

On 5/17 at 912 am i ordered coffee, water and a Puccino's egg. Got my water and coffee but by 925 am there was a raging line behind me and no puccinos egg. So we left and as soon as we left they gave the coffee to the person behind us. No excuses , no park in front nothing!!!! U guys suck
Love this place. Can't go wrong with the frozen Granita, just make sure you get it primo. Also recommend the primo ice puccinos as well. Free wifi always works at this location. Restroom is clean too. Recommend this place.

This is one of my favorite coffee places to visit. They have delicious breakfasts too. I have enjoyed their regular coffee black, frozen Puccino (one of my favorites... more like a dessert) & their granitas. They also sell alcoholic beverages although I have never had them here. I have had their egg biscuits & they are really good. They have a variety to choose from. A few times they were busy during the morning rush & customer service was slow (it's seems because of the talk amongst the employees that someone called in), but they have always been pleased when serving me. I try to be empathetic to what it's like to be in the retail busy by being patient. I would highly recommend this place. I enjoy their menu items & atmosphere much better than Starbucks.

I've been coming here for years and years and will continue coming here for the foreseeable future. Their Iced Puccino, and now also Primo Iced Puccino, has got to be my favorite coffee drink in the state of Louisiana. I bring my Baton Rouge friends here as well and they rave until they get the chance to come back. I usually go through the drive thru but on occasion i'll set up inside for a couple hours of studying. I love the decorations inside SO much and I just love being here. :)
