We went to Puccino's for some midday drinks. This is a great location with a bright atmosphere and lively decoration. I didn't try any food but their coffee is lovely! The staff is kind and helpful. Their service is fast. They have plenty of seating and would be great place to do some work!

Love this Puccino's! It's the best! Coffee tasted fresh and delicious. I got the frozen cappuccino, which I always get, and it was great! I usually get their sausage which is the bomb dot con me. My son got a frozen chocolate and he liked it. Been going to this Puccino's since 2012 and I've never had a bad experience. Always good coffee and food. Their food is great! Their hot mochas are good too. Will definitely return again! Over and over!

Barista not very nice, he told me he doesn’t want me going back to this location after I needed confirmation if I handed him a $20 bill or not. I swear I didn’t have a $10 bill in my wallet and he swore I gave him a $10. Why would I WANT to come back to a location that is so rude. Disappointed as I tell all my friends how delicious the drinks are 👎🏼

I brought a buy 1 get 1 coupon today and the lady checking me out charged me for 2 drinks and didn’t even bother asking if I wanted the receipt like they usually give to you, as if she knew what she was doing. I don’t understand how this happens because I handed her a buy one get one coupon at the same time I gave her my card. I blame her incompetence.

Today a group order of 4 items were ordered in person. The server was watched as she checked the order ticket on the bag as she placed the items in the bag. When the order was being passed out to the person who ordered the items, we found that the make it your way grits was missing the egg that was paid and the American cheese that was paid for. The person who ordered the sausage and cheese biscuit didn’t get hers at all. So when we called the store we received an attitude and were passed off to the kitchen like they could take care of the issue. We were told that they couldn’t refund the money and if we wanted the missing items someone would have to drive back and get it. When the missing items were picked up, the scrambled egg was just throw in foil, the cheese grits were in a sm container with cheddar cheese instead of American. And the cheese biscuit picture is attached to this review. We won’t waste any more of our time or money at this location. That 4 unhappy customers.

FLAWLESS NEVER DISAPPOINTS, PUCCINO'S and myself have a relationship because I remember when the first store opened. And I'm now 35 years old. I have not tasted better coffee even in California. The flavor is special at PUCCINO'S even the regular brewed coffee.... I had a biscuit and several coffee refills for under $10 with tip!!
