Couldn't get my order right... nothing complicated, just asking for NO whipcream. The girl working the window (with the attitude) was expecting a tip, after I waited for 20 minutes, for coffee with whipcream on top. Will not be returning.

This is the laziest Puccino’s in all Metairie. It used to be good when they had the young man working the drive thru a few years ago. These new people they have always close the kitchen early and never give you a receipt to know what you are paying. This is the closest one to Kenner but I’ve had to drive to every other Puccino’s further away since everyday they tell me a different time the kitchen closes. Just terrible all around. I’m just going to stop wasting my time coming here hoping I’ll get good service.

Eww after handling money, worker patted the palm of her hand twice on the top of my empty cup while explaining it was a small. I was so grossed out that I politely asked for a refund. She was rude, called the manager and they both claim I was not telling the truth and didnt refund me all of my money. Should have turned around when I saw the sign all vaccinated no mask required

Mediocre at best. Their drive through is TERRIBLE! You can be the only person and guaranteed over 10 minutes for a coffee.

I usually love this location, but I don’t know what happened this week. I ordered an iced puccino three times this week, and each time it tasted very off. What’s worse is that I seemed to have the same worker at the drive thru each time. She’s very rude, unwilling to greet you, will cut you off while you’re in the middle of your order, and she even gave me the wrong drink once. I won’t be coming back to this location for a while.

I love Frozen Puccino's with Mocha, the coffee is absolutely fantastic, and I like that they put ice-cream/frozen yogurt into it (they may *forget* to put the ice -cream though, so make sure they did). I always buy a couple of coffees, one - hot Cappuccino, another - frozen. And I always leave good tip because I know that job is hard. However, they never gave me any coupon/Tuesday card at this location on W Esplanade - 4644. I came on Tuesday two weeks ago for a couple of coffees, and realized that I am paying the full price, and not getting any free reward coffee, just because they never gave me coupons! And the stack of Tuesdays cards sits always there on the cashiers register, they just didn't give it to you. So why am I buying coffees, if I am not rewarded? That is very frustrating, especially for the regular customer since 2007 - to spend a good amount of money for coffees, and not to get rewarded while other places give you stars. Do they give coupons only to their friends? I really do not feel appreciated customer at this place, and I will probably switch my coffee place. Another thing is that the last time a new girl told me to pay more than $7 for the Cappuccino, it didn't look like a usual price to me. I think they are cheating there, - as was already mentioned in the reviews below, and this is frustrating. Please watch how much they charge you, and ask for the paper or electronic receipt in order not to get cheated. I hope that the Manager/Owner will take care of that otherwise they will loose their customers. No one wants to be cheated & disrespected. Thank you.
