I came to the drive through at 11:55 am today (Saturday 5/25), and I saw a girl going through the back door, and I waited for someone to answer me at the drive through screen. After no one answered, I drove up to the window because I knew someone was there, I saw a girl enter through the back! Through the window, I saw the lights switch on inside. The same girl who went through the back was hurriedly turning machines on. She saw me in her peripheral and quickly turned around to answer me at the window, smiling, but obviously trying to shield confusion or panic. Poor thing swiftly grabbed a set of headphones (I guess for the drive through?) to put on while taking my order for a granita. She was obviously rushing to open the store, because I guess whoever was supposed to open hadn’t shown up? I felt sorry for her, so I asked if she was okay, and she said she was “great,” still smiling, and she gave me a card for a BOGO drink on Tuesday. Wow. This place is in need of new management.

Great coffee, but incredibly slow. Do not stop by if you're in a rush, your wait could be well over 5-15 minutes.

They charged my credit card for 6 different amounts in one day and I hadn’t even been to that location in over a week! When I called to speak with a manager they told me that he wasn’t available and they sometimes save customers cards and used my credit card by mistake for other orders!!! I’ve never agreed for them to keep my credit card on file so I don’t see how that is acceptable especially for a coffee shop.

Update: Often when u pull up at 530 there is no one there. No one cares that they are almost never open on time.
They had already been open for over a half hour and the drive was was still closed off. On a Monday morning, really? Was a worker just too lazy to walk outside and move the two little orange cones? Like most people I have places to be. So I can’t park in the back and wonder around the building looking for the way inside to order, looking like a dumbass. I think I’ll just stick with Dunkin, bc I don’t have time for this place’s bs.

Local chain's quirky drive up location. If you live in West end this is the closest and fastest place for coffee. Walk up/drive up only with no seating so don't think you're sticking around. If you want a hang out with the same coffee they have another location on Vets that does have seating and wifi that's pretty close. The frozen pucchino is like a frapuccino and a vanilla frosty had an amazing child but super sweet. Otherwise they have all the basics and are proficient if not inspired baristas.
