Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I was at the window in the drive-thru and I noticed that they got my drink wrong. I tried to hand it back to them but they said they couldn't take it back, but would give me my correct drink. It was a large and I only had one cup holder available. I told them that I have no place for it. Then I was told that there was a trash can across the parking lot. So you expect me to drive a manual transmition with one hand and hold this drink with the other?? They just smiled and said sorry, it's policy. I asked why is their mistake my problem? I told them that I wanted a refund, I don't want their food anymore. Then their teen manager or whatever came to the window and asked what the problem was. I explain and he just repeated what the window girl was saying. I said I want a refund. They finally relented but I had to asked for the refund receipt, which they gave me, crumpled up. Well, I really liked eating there.

I love Raising Canes but unfortunately they aren’t located in Okinawa Japan.

Whoever is on the team that worked on February 20 around 12:30 in the afternoon. They are absolutely phenomenal very Kind and courteous.

There's lots of places to get chicken in New Orleans but their white sauce and the bread with the tea put this one over the rest. Worth it!

Guy at the window didn't bother to ask me if I wanted ketchup. Didn't give me a straw either. Took him several minutes to give me my food that was waiting in the window.

I literally was just there on my lunch break and ordered the 4 piece meal combo and the staff only gave me two pieces of chicken and charged me for the 4, Cane's needs to hire better staff and get your act together like chick fil-a, so please check your food before you hit the drive through or your going to end up getting robbed like me

Jan 2025. Excellence. The guy at the counter Reuben was hoppin' and boppin', so upbeat and friendly. Turned my day around. I noticed that the manager Aaron jumped in to help as needed. He saw me waiting for my food and got it for me. Food was what we usually expect - Great Cane's Standards. Thanks for awesome service and someplace that was great to go it besides the food!

I go out of my way to eat at this Canes because the food is ALWAYS amazing and the service is ALWAYS impeccable. Today I dined in by myself and the staff greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. There was a gentleman who table touched whilst I was eating to offer a refill and throw away my trash. It’s so unusual these days to find service like this, and as a restaurant manager myself I know how hard it is to maintain this level of service. I just want to give kudos to this location for always being #1!

1030pm I ordered 2 boxes and the chicken tasted and had texture of frozen chicken.. was not satisfied at all.....1st time it's ever happen to me though.
