I'm from New Orleans, the Raising Cane's doesn't taste anything like Raising Cane's there. The recipe is the same, so I don't know what they're doing to the food. It's crazy

The last 3 times I’ve been to this location they forget the extra sauce I ordered, the food is great and that’s why I go back but realizing you just bought an extra sauce (3 times) and didn’t get it kills the vibe.

So normally I have a great experience here, fast service and friendly smiles but today was not the case.I gave my order and I guess the girl misheard me even though I repeated the order twice. I asked for a box combo with no cole slaw & an extra toast with no drink… she said the order back with a lemonadeThe guy at the first window was very nice and I can tell he heard my order because I heard him asking for someone multiple times to swipe their card to fix my order…. The guy was genuinely sweet and left the window closed but didn’t realized I heard everything. But when no one came he just charged me the 12.25…. And I can tell he felt guilty or looked nervous so I played it cool. I knew the guy knew I didn’t want a drink hence why I didn’t get a receipt….so I’m not mad or upset at him. If anything he was the best part of my visit at this canes.Now what kinda bothered me was the fact that at the second window there was five people… four girls & the guy who was handing me out my food…. And the fact that no keyholder or shift came to help the first guy kinda made me kinda disappointed. They didn’t even try to provide a good experience and was simply chit chatting or what not. I will give credit that when I told them I asked for no drink- the guy knew right away I didn’t want the lemonade but since I didn’t wanna hold up the drive thru I just told them I’ll take a water bottle…. So then when I drive off I noticed I didn’t get my extra toast nor the coleslaw ?☹️.I work at a drive-thru/food service and it was just very distasteful to me. On top of paying for a drink I didn’t order want or get… I didn’t get my extra toast.This was on 4/5 @ 7:05…
Great food as always but be sure to check your bag before you leave to ensure you get what you ordered. Been through dribe through a few times, and drove away without additional sauces, kids drinks, and fries. Drove to far to come back or call to complain to show and get a refund. Shame on me for not checking, but should I have to?
Everything was GREAT. This was my first experience here. The guy at the back window was so helpful and patient and kind. I was greeted with a smile. The food was good and fresh. I will definitely return to this location.

Never ceases to deliver great food with great attitudes. Restaurant is always extremely clean. Food is always fresh and good. Pro tip: order your toast BOB (butter on both sides). Complete game changer.

I'll try to keep it short+ This location is the Best location. My friend & I stopped by to grab late lunch. The service.. management and overall experience was Top Notch. They were busy shooting what I believe was a commercial and I ask if I could take pictures and kindly with no hesitation said yes. So when you're in the area Trust me This is where you Need to be.
