I got some colorful words for how rude these ppl are 1st the attitude if you don't like your job find something else 2nd you didn't give me my card or receipt and you want to swing the door open with an attitude and you missing something 3rd you going to throw all my food at me at one time and give me an attitude because I'm trying to grab it and look to make sure it's all thier.

This is the absolute worst Rally's in Louisiana. Extremely unprofessional. Everytime I go there, they always leave something out my bag. I'm too far away to go back. Yesterday, my husband went there around 10:00 pm and they stopped taking orders. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there. This location is always out of something, forget your order, even when no one else is in the line and they have terrible attitudes. I called to let them know they left out my Philly cheesesteak bites and no one answered the phone. The owner of this establishment should really look into getting the crew and store together.

Pull up to the window, sitting there for over five minutes being looked at by employees. I finally decided to go to the other window where I’m then chastised by a smart mouth kid. Then I’m handed a bag that looks like it’s been ran over. My customer was in disbelief. I’m sorry yall have to work fast food but your decisions got you there.

Received Excellent Service during my visit late lastnite after midnight form the Service Shift Leader expediting the Orders and the food was hot and fresh

Had to ask to receive all of the food after they only handed me half the order. Also never gave me back my change on the order or gave me a receipt. Worst location I've ever been to. Girl at the cash register at 1:50 pm on September 14th needs to be fired for not keeping change that belongs to customers and the rest of your staff need a serious attitude adjustment.
