Is your phone line down? I was at the Laplace location to order but my son’s app for whatever reason decided Metairie is where his order would go. Tried numerous times to call to get the problem solved and it continued to only ring once then go to voicemail. I finally left a voicemail to be contacted however it’s been 30 to 45 minutes without a callback. I eventually contacted corporate to cancel the order. His free burger for signing up was lost as well. Which was used to save money. Instead he had to place another order before we could resolve the issue.

One of the ladys here are rude. 2nd time ive went to this rallys and she seemed like she had an attitude simply because she had to do her job. Its not my fault the only skillset you have is being a fry cook. She also slammed the window shut before my girlfriend could say thank you. She didnt give us our drinks either.

The new AI system is trash. It repeatedly messes up orders and is a pain to deal with. After years of going there I have no intention of going back. The food isn't great, but it's almost cheap. But if you're not getting what you ordered then it's too expensive

On June 24 around 11p.m. I went through the drive-thru the guy who took our order was nice but the guy who reached me the food was rude as if he was mad to be dealing with me by just reaching me food I said thank you and he just looked at me crazy.
My food was a joke I ordered the new onion item and it was far from being fulled to the point I could see the bottom of the container next my load fries tasted old ,was missing the bacon and had a very small amount of ranch on them my sandwich was missing the pepper jack cheese plus I didn't receive a receipt.
Update: I’ve emailed them and they’ve never returned my call so I just left it alone I will not be returning or recommending this location to anyone

Lady at the window with braids just plain rude. I get it’s rally’s but if you don’t want to work there that is not my fault. She said I ran her drive thru time up and all I did was order with the AI voice and asked her to take my cash first not a huge deal.

Would have better luck getting the groundhog to see his shadow than getting the workers to actually check the pick up window and not have a line of cars waiting for 40 minutes. Ddnt even get the food left after nearly an hour of waiting
I found hair in my baby food that’s nasty bruh yall so wrong for this yall need to do better where gloves and hair nets bruh
