My son and I went to Randazzo’s Family Restaurant on November 8th, 2025, around 3:47 p.m. I showed the cashier a Groupon deal that offered $30 worth of food for $15. She told me I needed to purchase it first, so I did — right there in front of her. Once I showed her the purchased Groupon, she said, “Oh, I thought this was another app. We don’t accept Groupons.” She then asked me to open the Groupon, but I refused because doing so would mark it as redeemed. I explained that she should’ve told me not to buy it if they don’t take Groupons. The part that really bothers me is that the Groupon offer is still listed on their app, so it’s misleading. Now I’m stuck trying to get my money refunded, and the whole experience left me feeling like they didn’t want me and my son there. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service — is this how you treat potential customers?

Hubby and I had lunch on a sunday. He got fried chicken with fries and I got muffaletta with cajun slaw and a bloody mary. The food was all decent. Not bad but nothing to write home about. The bloody mary was yummy, huge and made from scratch. $15 bucks and worth it. Our waitress was friendly and efficient.

I ordered combo plate of fried catfish and shrimp with fries. The catfish was the best I have eaten in a long time it was not fishy at all. The shrimp was fried just right not over cooked and the fries were my favorite type of fries not over cooked leaving you to taste the potato. Staff was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends and to those that have never tried this place to go and eat. You won't be disappointed.

Ordered fried shrimp platter with fries and it was good. Alfredo was good but the sauce was bland. Salads were good. Tiramisu and cheesecake were ok. Service was excellent. Very good prices and serving sizes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Randazzo’s Family Restaurant! The catfish po’boy was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been to New Orleans, so that’s saying something. Let me take a moment to talk about my waitress. I didn’t catch her name, but she was a very short lady with a bright smile and an outstanding attitude. She was running the entire dining room by herself during lunch, and I have never seen anyone move like she does fast, efficient, and all while staying friendly and cheerful. Her customer service was truly exceptional and made my visit even better. I’ll definitely be back!

Red beans and rice ($2 extra side substitution) are on point, and the Big Burger I split with my wife was juicy and cooked to order.

We had their meatball po boy too and the sauce had too much sage or rosemary (can’t tell) and it was off-putting to me but my wife loved it.

Turtle cheesecake dessert was the best part (remember, these folks make prize-winning king cakes).

Part of an L shaped strip mall so parking can vary A LOT. I found a spot right away in front of the restaurant.

Everything was priced pretty fair. I paid $40 for the two sandwiches, $2 side upgrade, and dessert. That’s similarly priced to other locations and at the look of their older menus it would have been a smoking deal only 5 years ago. I guess I look at it as it’s similar in price as other local places but I got a free slice of cheesecake.
