Went by Red Lobster in Metairie today and it appears to be permanently closed. The took the signage down.

0/10 would not recommend this place to a homeless person. Spent 30 dollars on a lobster and had shell in the meat to the point I couldn't eat it also just an all around bad vibe. Respectfully

Everything I ordered was delicious. My lobster was perfect, and my steak was made exactly as I requested. (My waitress gave excellent customer service as well.)

We had to wait for a hour for the table because of Covid restrictions.but it's all good good service.

Horrible. Nothing to do with COVID mask or food. Went in waited, servers passed bus saying someone will be with you, nice enough. I see the begin speaking he raised a finger and started doing something on a register. Waited , called a server on the way to her table, said she'll get you, she excused herself sat me I decided to leave I stoped to speak to him he raised his finger again asked the girl did you seat him? I said she did, he raised his finger again. She answered , then he says so what did you want? I said sorry nothing left.
calamari was not all cooked evenly. new plate not good . miscommunication in order.

The waiter didn't even care that 2 people at our table didn't even eat the food. The salmon which was recommended was just terrible. No taste at all. My daughter didn't even eat it. I tasted it and it was terrible. My plate which was a admiral's feast, was bland. The only thing I ate was the scallops. The fish was fried hard. The plate was terrible. The only thing that was good was the mozzarella cheese sticks. My son-in-law plate which he ate was crab legs. Will never come here again and they didn't even refund my money.

What's with Red Lobster? Must be having personnel issues. Tried to have a late lunch. Just as I was being seated, a frantic manager came from the back to say they were closed and the kitchen could not keep up. There were very few people seated. Hope they will get straightened out. I was wanting one of those biscuits.
