With a name like Rock N Roll Kitchen New Orleans, you might be expecting something cool with great food and decor ala Hard Rock Cafe or House Of Blues. Nope.
It's set up in a run-of-the-mill bar with a totally different name - nothing special there either.
So if you're headed to NOLA, there are tons of other places with cool decor and great food - this just sn't one of them.

Seriously? In the New Orleans area? Even the gas stations around here have better food, service and decor. Maybe the bar owner (it's really a bar with a different name) needed a little extra cash to rent the kitchen to whoever?
I saw a different review on here by some guy who works at a recording studio, talking about how this is nowhere near what you'd expect from a place calling itself rock n roll kitchen. Maybe The Lame-O Dnier could work?

Good food and great service and great atmosphere. Staff is super friendly. Bathrooms clean. Did I mention good food. Go to rock and roll kitchen and see. Yummy.

I didn't have a good experience here at all. I walked into the place and it was clearly more of a bar than any sort of restaurant, which is fine, but nothing even remotely resembled a restaurant. I actually had to ask someone outside if they served food. I sat down at a table and started looking at a menu which I had to look for myself. No one came and offered to help. There were no signs or any indication that I needed to go to the bar. I made eye contact with both of the bartenders who didn't really seem to care about the 6'2 Ginger holding a menu. The irony is that I actually work for a production studio who records some of the bigger metal bands around here. They post pictures with our clients, but they didn't seem to want to help me at all today. I sat around for about 10 minutes, which doesn't seem like a long time until you realize that I am a type one diabetic and it was pretty obvious I was there to get food. I'd like sugar started getting too low and it was very apparent that no one was going to help so I ended up going to another restaurant. I don't think I'll be back here again. There are so many places that serve food in the New Orleans area. I thought this one would be cool because of my occupation, but it was definitely a horrible first impression.

Place is whack, walked in stood there trying to get someones attention and they acted like i didnt exist so i took off. Good way to treat visitors lol stay away from this place

Rock N Roll Kitchen is the greatest restaurant idea that this area has seen in a long time! The food? 5 stars! Service? 5 stars! Atmosphere? 5 stars! Forget about it! Andrew & Missy have outdone themselves on this one! Also, this is the only place locally to get Bumblefoot's sauces. BTW, the Bumble-burger is da bomb! Go check this place out!

Saw good reviews of this place in a fb group, so we decided to try them out. We got take-out from them for the first time today. We ordered burgers, fries, and onion strings. All were very delicious. Fries were not soaked in oil and soggy, onion strings were not all breading, and the burgers were large, fresh, and juicy.
We will definitely be returning to try other things. Highly recommend!
Oh and the people I talked to that worked there were all extremely friendly! Nice ppl!
