Get treated like a human and a customer at Costco! Get told the rules are you must transfer from one cart to another at self checkout. No one else did in front of me. As if there are rules posted somewhere. Costco has two individuals helping you ring up in the "self checkout" line, and very courteous ones!

I'm really unhappy with the customer service. You're almost forced to use the self checkout because the 2 lines with cashiers are always long. The team member on that side told me I had to move my scanned items to a new basket. They may loose this customer because I will not put an item in one basket, scan it and then put it in another basket, put in my car and then bring into my home. I'm not on the payroll and I won't do an employee's job. I think they've forgotten about customer service.

Yes.... they do have good prices but today I was NOT so Happy with the staff members on the floor this morning..... I was just at Sam's getting 8 cases of water and I was trying to load them on the flatbed cart....now three workers were standing right there...NOT ONE of them offered to lend me a hand to pick up those cases of water and put it on my cart..they also had a few other men customers waiting for me to get finished so they could get their water... THEM too ...NOT 1 o

Sam's club customer service is horrible. I purchased a mattress online and then decided to cancel due to a better offer. Well when I went to call and cancel they said they don't cancel orders I would have to wait to receive it and then return schedule for it to be returned. They give you the run around trying to transfer you to the distributor when they don't deal with the money Sam's does. Then when I caught them in there lie they got mad and placed me on a extended hold. Chat is not any better they are all programmed to transfer you to the distributor. When I finally received a supervisor he was rude and arrogant and didn't want to refund me either and was upset that I knew about there transfer game. After 2 hours of back and forth I finally received a callback informing me I would receive my money back in 3 days.

Absolutely love Sams Club. I have the business card so I can arrive and shop at 7am, when parking is early and crowds are minimum. Love buying certain items in bulk

Great place. Really like the Scan & Go app. No lines. Just wished the manned their seafood/fish area better. Hard to find help sometimes.

I had a great experience with optical. I had Jovi & Jade help me, they were great! Everyone hates picking out glasses but they were so nice, they made the process super easy and fast. Plus the glasses came in way faster than I expected. Jade even remembered me when I came in. I was super impressed with their customer service. Their glasses selection and prices were great too. Really impressed.

I ordered a tang orange mix drink with 7 items in the first online order at sam and I have to pay for 2-day shipping. But in the day that should be deliveried to my home. I never saw any items and I had to check in system. The terrible system for tracking number. After a finding time, I see that will be deliveried in the 5th day. This is a problem with every sam's member. I think that if there is a shipping problem, it may be delayed until the 3rd day, which I can sympathize with. But it was on the fifth, what a big business that had a bad reputation and bad customer service. I extremely underestimate sam for everyone.

I usually do curbside pickup, but every time except once, I've had to call the store to tell customer service that I'm outside. It's frustrating because that is why there's an app. The gentlemen, who've brought my items to the car, are nice. In addition, I've never had an issue with my order, which is why I keep returning.
