Left this comment and it disappeared somehow. I saw a Sbarro employee in the employee bathrooms for the food court come out of the toilet with gloves on- never took the gloves off or washed his hands, walk back across the food court and into the kitchen. Never will I eat sbarro again.

Very rude employees, parents were first in line but employee insisted that they were skipping and started to get very rude when we ordered. Giving us an attitude when we asked for something.

Very rude staff. I received a birthday coupon in my email through the rewards program & thought It’d be a great time to redeem it. My coupon said I had to purchase a drink to get a free slice. I showed my coupon, no problem, the guy went to grab it. But when I tried to order the drink the lady at the counter who was probably a shift leader or manager said with an attitude, “you’re going to pay for that”. As if I didn’t already know I had to pay for the drink. Then after I pay she tells me, “move to the side” very rudely. Horrible first time experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Wilson and the staff always makes the best pizza! His spaghetti and 5 cheese pizza are delicious. The staff is friendly AF! Thank you very much for your delicious pizza and wonderful customer service !!

If pizza is on your taste buds -- ya gotta go to SBARRO in the Lakeside Mall -- fast, courteous service -- lots of distancing tables now available - parking easy
I bought spaghetti which was cold and full of water it spilled all over me I also waited 15 minutes for them to heat up my friends pizza which should’ve already been hot not to mention the lady behind the counter was rude and unfriendly didn’t seem like she liked her job
