Everyone who is going to eat here already knows what to expect from a Shake Shack, but who I believe to be the manager had a genuine conversation while checking me out. He actually seemed to care about his customers instead of the monetary transaction. You don’t get to experience that everyday.

The crew working this evening 08/30/25 - were amazing! Made sure all orders made it to the table, proactive, friendly, fast & efficient. I’ve never had an issue coming here!! Food is hot fresh and my pick up orders are majority of the time on time.

The food is good. I think it's a little overpriced, but it's good as far as the waitstaff, they're polite, but there's little to no interactions, so I don't understand why we asked to tip. It just doesn't make sense. But the kids like it and the food is good.

We stopped here today on the way through New Orleans. The hamburgers were delicious. The fries were hot and crispy. And the S’mores milkshake was the best. It was a great meal. We will definitely going to eat here again. Thank You!
