From the 1st time I went there I knew I'd be back. Everything was perfect!

The team members need to be more attentive to a customer that walks into the establishment

It’s not that hard to get an order right and not forget shit.

A really great quick sit down restaurant, family friendly, bathrooms, and most importantly GREAT food.

My dog loves it here!

This is a self service restaurant. You go to a screen , stand, and place your order by clicking on pictures and menu options. You pay and get a table number holder. Once food is ready, they call your table number or if it’s less busy , they bring you food tray to the table. No cutlery, you eat with hands . Food is good and reasonable priced. It’s basically a walk-to/go-to kind of place.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options were available.

Kid-friendliness: Not. It will be a mayhem to have kids and getting them to order since the order needs to be placed at a computer station away from the seating

It was so good I forgot to take pictures! ? Anyway I got the SmokeShack burger & it was so good. I was hesitant about the cherry peppers that came on the burger but it made it even better. The only thing I don’t care for is you have to buy everything separate. This was my first time going & I was highly impressed. Will definitely be back!

The shake was really good. I was just expecting more choices. I only had some chicken nuggets so can't really tell you about the food.

The food was good but way overpriced. We spent $42 on 2 burgers , two cheese fries, and two drinks, and they couldn't even provide a proper Fork for you to eat your cheese fries with. Most likely, We won't go back.

Always enjoy coming to this shake shack. Food is always fresh and taste good. The fact that’s it’s organic is under appreciated. The employees are also super chill and nice. Never wait long for my food either. This location doesn’t deserve the bad reviews.

A "posh, bougie" hamburger shack idea started by the carpetbaggers in NY and infiltrating the South with a pretentious de bon air. Inflation withstanding, $15-20 for a lunch meal is over the top. This is NOT a place to eat every day

Pretty average restaurant burger, nowhere near worth the price, but not bad. Fries and shakes are good but, again, not worth the price, especially when you ring in your order yourself. Don't mind the kiosk style but if you're gonna cut out an employee at least reflect it in the bill...
