It's hard to give this place a great review because the recent menu changes removed a few of our go-to options. I've never been really happy with the drinks I've tried, except for the ice cream blended ones which are actually really good. It might just be my taste in that regard since I really don't like chewy things in my drinks. That being said, there's a lot of positive things to say about the location. The staff are all great and knowledge. It's pretty trendy inside, with board games to play while you stay as we l will as the new additions of claw games. It's always clean, and usually a full house when we go. I just have a hard time finding something I like there.

The staff at this particular location are incredibly rude and will treat you badly without provocation. The drink quality is hit or miss, but the biggest issue is the employees. They won’t acknowledge you when you enter and when you go to order they ignore you, even if there are no other customers. Then once you finally are able to get their attention they give you a bad attitude the entire time. Definitely won’t be back again when there are better choices nearby. The lack of basic customer service is shocking.

I feel like you can never go wrong with Sharetea in Metairie! The inside decorum is always very clean and aesthetic. The staff is always nice and clear whenever you have questions about any drinks on the menu. Whenever I go here with my mom, we always get their Golden Retriever with no ice (including tax is $6.80). The staff always make it perfect with so many toppings in the drink. It has a classic milk tea taste to it; which she prefers. Although there are many boba places around the area, Sharetea will always be one of the originals!

WOW THIS IS AMAZING 🤩 I just ordered strawberry matcha fresh milk with popping boba(strawberry) and lychee jelly and it was the best boba I had good job. Service was kind and I didn’t know what to order and the lady in the front recommended me strawberry boba and I love it shoutout her🙏😭

The customer service was ok. The bobo was a first-time experience, not much help offered when requested suggestions. I believe I selected the coffee version, and it was filled with bobo. I won't give a poor review because I'd like to try it again, maybe no coffee and at another place closer to where I live. I wouldn't turn anyone away. Go check them out. There are no pics of the selected drink.

Usually this is good but they made all 3 of my drinks wrong! I asked for 30% sweet and all 3 were 100% and you see the clumps of sugar in the cup! Disappointed for sure. Staff was not very nice either.

Nice little place to get your Boba Tea fix after I spend the day running errands. They are open to 9pm which is a big plus for me as other places close much sooner.
I have been to share tea 2x in the past & decided to stop by 10/23. I bought 2 Taro milk teas for the price of $13.71 and they both were not good. I decided I would go back the next day to return one, in hopes they could just remake it. idk what mixture they use but my taro wasn’t even as lavender as it usually appears. In the store shift lead informed me they do not remake drinks. it has to be on the same day! That rule to me is just stupid . sorry not everyone gets their drink a sucks it down in the car . I will no longer be coming here, too many options nearby
FYI if you’re from the west coast like me do not expect west coast milk teas obviously

We ordered 4 drinks. 2 were wrong. When we asked to order different drinks and pay they just argued with us about why did we order what we ordered instead of ringing us up. They used maple syrup to sweeten our 2 milk teas instead of sugar as well.
