I'm surprised this place is still open, i dont see how they pass health inspections. The establishment is dirty and run down and I witnessed unsafe food handling by employees while waiting and they didn't seem to care if anyone saw. Our lobster smelled too fishy, an indication that it wasn't fresh and the food. The chef was throwing food on our plates and the food was overly seasoned. Do not eat here!!

This establishment offers exceptional hibachi and sushi. However, improvements are needed regarding the ventilation system for the flat-top grills. Yesterday, the excessive smoke significantly detracted from our dining experience.

Operational excellence. An institution of Metairie. 25+ years I’ve lived in Metairie and it would be criminal to not say you’ve stumbled on the best restaurant in the entire city. Sit at the sushi bar if you can, talk to the chefs, and have a damn good time. If there was a restaurant to make the Michelin guide, you’re looking at it.

The food was absolutely delicious!! We got Takatsu ramen, the japanese curry, and a variety of sushi rolls! Our server was the kindest person ever and she would come to our table to make sure everyone was happy and satisfied, so shout out to Sarah. We loved the sushi rolls and we will definitely be coming back to this beautiful place. Speaking of a beautiful place, the atmosphere was so cute! once you come in there are servers welcoming you and the place looked very cute and aesthetic!
