The app is provided to save customers time. I can order and pick up with reduced wait time. However this location does not allow ordering through the app. They have enough business. I don’t feel the purpose of the app is to increase business. It is to save customers time and provide a convenience. So either allow it or don’t have it.

I was surprised, really good burger sliders. I loved the strawberry shake The service was a bit slow , but it was packed in there at the time line out the door. It was worth the wait.

I got to Smalls today and for the first time. Ordered 3 single sliders only. It's just a drive thru or walk up with some tables outside which is fine. I can't say there's anything unique or exceptional about these sliders. Good ? Sure bit definitely not great - certainly not worth going out of one's way to get. The size is good, it was filling. The problem is the smell. I know it's beef but when there's a smell to it that just is too raw (if you smelt raw beef) it's not appealing. Regardless though I don't think I'd voluntarily go there. There are at least two much better options in the immediate area. Service not available (window pickup) so can't comment on that but it was efficient. Didn't get the waffle fries but plenty of those on my freezer. In conclusion, nothing special or outstanding at all. Just a greasy fatty smelly burger. Maybe at 2am and drunk ?

Stopped by on an afternoon on a whim. Ordered 2 sliders, took at least 15 mins to get them out. I think they just may be too busy from new store syndrome. Not bad, a step up from a basic slider, the crispy edges are good and differentiate them a little. Would I come back? Maybe if they weren’t super busy and just as a snack.

Horrible do not eat here!!! For one i was supposed to get a free queso and they charged me for it, I was also supposed to have bacon on my burger and did not get it on both sliders. The wait wasn’t too bad, there’s two lanes but wasn’t the best, it’s a wanna be chic fil a line. Lastly, it has left me with an upset stomach tonight. We will never come back here again ! Should have paid attention to the reviews.

Food was mid, order the Biggie Smalls which is supposed to have bacon but didn’t. Had a free queso dip via the app but was ended up charged for it. (also mid) and last but not least my gf got sick after eating. Would avoid and just got to 5 Guys or Shake Shack honestly. Won’t be back…

Great burgers. Waited 45 min the first day in drive thru line. Wouldn’t do that again but went the next day and waited maybe 10 min. Much better and food is delicious. A little pricey so wouldn’t go often just for lunch.

I got the fries Smalls style which was covered in queso and Smalls sauce.It took 18 minutes from ordering to get my food. The sliders were salty and greasy. I didn't feel great after eating these. They literally only cook 2 things here. burgers and fries. There's no excuse for it to take 18 minutes at 3PM on a Tuesday.The person at the window wasn't well trained. She just stood there and waited for me to talk.Love you Drew, but this is a fail.Everyone else should just keep going on down to Shake Shack.

First off the line was long and it took over 30 minutes in the line and that’s with them having two drive up lanes. That's just ridiculous to me. They may want to take a page from Chick Fila about how lines should move. Anyway the food is mediocre at best. This place was very disappointing. ONE AND DONE!!!
