Ordered this through DoorDash on Saturday and it was the worst burger I’ve ever eaten. The mushroom burger, original smash burger, and the kids burger were all disgusting! The smash fries, regular fries AND the sweet potato fries were so hard- they were literally chips. All of the food was thrown away. Please shut this place DOWN!!

The burgers were so good! They remind me of homemade burgers on the grill. Customized just how you want it. We enjoyed our meal sitting in the food court at the Lakeside Mall people watching and it was great. Highly recommend!

My order was missing an item, I called the store and spoke with Kesha and she proceeded to argue with me about sending something that was not in the bag. Then suggested that the person who delivered my food must have taken it out of the bag that was sealed close with a store sticker. Stating that they could have opened the bag and resealed it. She also referred to another manager Kim who was very rude and loud, I could hear them in the background stating I was lying. This was a order I placed for my office and my food was the only thing that did not come. I love Smash Burger but this experience was absolute TRASH!

The burgers are good, but it seems that they have a tendency to over salt the meat. Other than too much salt, the experience is a good one. The staff was courteous and the food was delivered warm and the order was complete. There isn't much they can do about the atmosphere in the mall.

there are quite a few reasons why I wouldn't recommend this particular Smashburger in Lakeside mall. the first thing that on Veterans Day as we come up with the article that says Smashburger does offer veterans a free Smashburger we were told that no they didn't they sent out an email this morning which is crazy cuz we wouldn't get the email but they sent out an email this morning saying only that they will offering a dollar off. the money isn't the issue the fact is is that Smashburger is including its name in a number of sites that denote the free burger for veterans. aside from the fact that it takes you about 30 minutes to actually receive an order. makes us an incredibly disappointing place to eat. will not be back

Really great fries and rings! Decent shake... worst "grilled" chicken patty I can ever recall eating. Just terrible, has the texture and flavor of rubber, did not appear to have had any interaction with a grill. Icing on the cake, shooting food poisoning stomach pains the next morning. Maybe the burgers are okay? I almost want to go back bc I loved the fries, but probably not worth it. Nothing terrible about service besides no service? You order at counter and get a pager. They don't bring you the food so what kinda stars are fair for that? The tables were not cleaned.
Eh. I wasn't feeling my food. I give it 2 stars for the crispy tots and brussel sprouts. The brussel sprouts taste like your typical bitter ones. I can't complain about the taste because that's normally how they taste. What threw me off was the actual meat on my truffle mushroom swiss burger. I had to stop, look at it, and ask my mother whether it was plant meat. No dig at plant meat, but you know how some plant meat has that dry, (of course meatless taste), with a weird texture. Yes, that was my experience with this meat. Plus, I didn't taste a lick of seasoning. The bread was also oddly chewy. It was just disappointing. Picked the food up so I can't say too much about service.

This place is in the mall so the atmosphere was the food court atmosphere. Tables are clean however it's next to a children's play area so it is a little noisy. I had the brisket bacon burger and sweet potato fries and it was delicious. Staff there was super friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. Not sure if all the locations are as good as this one but this one surely had a delicious burger for a quick lunch if I'm ever back at the mall again I definitely have a Burger there.

Probably the worst meat I've had since grammar school. When all you do are burgers, you do them the best you can, right ? This was expensive and the meat is awful. Cheese fries have nacho cheese sauce. Definitely do not recommend.
