You know... I love smoothie king. But this one, ima granola girl, and the ones they use is soooo good. But let me tell you, I was disappointed when I called a Uber here, road threw the drive thru, ordered 3 extra scoops of granola, on my on swizzle, no blueberries, just to get moist uncrunchy granola. Reallllly hurt my soul. Tried calling 3 times to let them know, no answer. Sheeeesh.

Was a 3-5 times a week drive-through customer. Upon my last visit, I was served a smoothie that they had substituted water for ice. The consistency and flavor were horrible. I called to complain and was told the manager was not available. The young man explained that several people were served smoothies that way, and he was sorry. When I asked if he would replace it, he said he would have the manager call me back. I have never heard back from them.

As always its good to have a smoothie, the normal thing everytime, order n they serve u at the window, some people r more friendly than others, but i enjoy the smoothie more than everything else.

The service here was horrible. I had never been to this location before. There were no signs, so I wasn't certain that I needed to wait in a certain area to order but I waited anywaya but no one came. Eventually, I proceeded to the next window. On the second window, its states "Order here". I thought I was in the right spot. After I placed my order, the cashier says, "For future references, you have to wait by the drink menu and someone will take your order there." I told her that I waited but no one came or said anything on the intercom so how was I supposed to know? She rolls her eyes after taking my money and walks off. She was so rude that I didn't feel comfortable accepting my order so I decided I wanted a refund. I blew my horn and another employee comes to the window and I let him know that I wanted a refund because the previous cashier was rude and he tells me, "That she wasn't rude and that he heard her". I told him, how are you going to tell me how she made me feel, and how was she not being rude after she rolled her eyes and walked off? I told him that they have horrible customer service and he slams the window in my face. He was even more rude than than she was. The worst experience ever.
service here is absolutely awful. i'm not sure how many workers are on staff at once but it's definitely not enough. not to mention i was handed the wrong smoothie, then washanded the correct smoothie but it was melted after it had been sitting for 4 minutes when it could've been handed to me when it was made. not sure who is doing the hiring but they may need to find another job as well.

Ordered through the app. It clearly states if there are any issues to please call the store. Let me tell you what a joke!! They can't be bothered to answer the phone. I'm now out of town smoothies and 30 dollars. Lost a customer for life.

Great smoothies, the best around, drive thru used to be kinda quick but this time was kinda slow, time was 4:15ish. They were kinda expensive too, roughly 20 bucks for two 32oz, guess nothings cheap anymore. ?♂️
