If you don't have a drive through you should at the minimum have a place to sit in your establishment, there's NO seating. It takes a long time to get the smoothie so being able to sit and relax while waiting would be good customer service. I don't recommend this location.

I love acai bowl and Ordered one tonight, got it with very bad and disgusting strawberries! I just can’t believe they would serve such quality when it’s not even seemed to be edible. The consistency is also way too thick..

Not one for leaving reviews but I've had some bad experiences with this smoothie king in particular. If you get a 30 minute lunch break, you won't be back in time if you stop here. I've had multiple different occurrences of being late back to work bc once your in the line you are stuck in the line there's no exit. Unless you got free time don't bother.

Mark took my order, and he was such a cool cat! I ordered a Power Meal smoothie (cinnamon banana) and asked to add strawberries, immune support, and a multivitamin. He even reminded me about a promo for a free add-in, so I went with mangoes.

After he started blending, I remembered that I wanted the non-sugary strawberries. Without missing a beat, Mark told me he had already assumed that’s what I meant—talk about being on point!

Awesome job, Mark! I’ll definitely stop by your store next time I’m in New Orleans.

As a ex- team member of Smoothie King, I’m deeply disappointed in the experience I had at Smoothie King 2222 Clearview Pkwy, in Metairie with Destiny the manager. Upon entering, I noticed the staff appeared disorganized and inattentive to customers. My order was delayed, poorly prepared, and not up to the quality I’ve come to expect from Smoothie King.

To make matters worse, the manager attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, which made the experience even more frustrating. Customer service is the cornerstone of any successful business, and this location fell far short of that standard. I strongly encourage the Manger better yet HR to address these concerns by providing better training, and ensuring a welcoming attitude toward customers. Smoothie King has a great reputation, and I hope this location can improve to reflect those core values.

I’ve been coming to Smoothie King at 2222 Clearview Pkwy for years, but this morning’s experience left me extremely disappointed. After my workout, I stopped in for my usual Strawberry Hulk, only to be told by Destiny, who appeared to be the only employee working, that it wasn’t available. On top of that, she said I couldn’t even add more than one extra scoop of peanut butter to my order.

I ended up settling for the Strawberry Gladiator, but it’s not what I wanted or expected. What’s even more frustrating is that it was 9 a.m. on a Monday morning—how does a store run out of key ingredients for such a popular smoothie that early?

Destiny, who I believe is the store manager, handled the situation poorly. Her attitude was off-putting, and she made no effort to provide a better experience. This left me disappointed and questioning how this location is being managed.

I hope improvements are made because this isn’t the kind of service I expect from Smoothie King.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, always ordering the Strawberry Hulk with extra peanut butter. But my recent experience with Destiny, the store manager (I assume), left a bad taste in my mouth. I went in for my usual order, and she abruptly told me they were out of it. I was confused since it’s the only thing I’ve ordered for years, and I’ve never had an issue before.Also couldn’t get more then one scoop of peanut butter which I didn’t understand cause I’m paying for it so why not.

What made it worse was her attitude. She seemed frustrated and dismissive, which made me feel like I was a bother instead of a valued customer. I understand if she was short-staffed, but that doesn’t excuse the way she treated me.

I hope this location can address these issues because it’s disappointing to see customer service decline like this. I’d love to continue coming here, but experiences like this make me think twice.
